Perfect COATED PEANUT without Egg | Crunchy and Tasty COATED GROUNDNUT Recipe

Coated Peanut recipe is a Nigerian snack made from groundnut also known as peanut. This recipe is usually crunchy and tasty. The ingredients used yielded that soft and burger kind of peanut you enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
3 cups Peanut/ Groundnut
Salt to taste
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon powdered milk
