Andy Burnham was Health Secretary during the Stafford Hospital scandal. Will he be expecting himself to be held accountable for this? Many people have been calling for this for a long time...

He says he ran out of time but did not follow it through did he? Why the recent years he did not bring it up in the Commons. He had years to do it and quickly blamed the Health Department for whom he was the Minister of Health at the time. A captain goes down with his ship and does not blame the cew for the ship sinking. After all. It was his responsibility.

In any other from of employment this form of incompetence by those in charge would lead to instant dismissal for gross misconduct. Which leads to a conclusion that that apointed political leaders face no cause and effect consequences, they simply move on to another political scenario. Kind regards Tim

And don't forget this, it's amazing how, the government is blamed for everything, when it's your local mayors in towns and cities and their councils, who have gone bankrupt and if money is given then the whole kit and kaboodle should be gone or sacked for incompetence and never hold such a high office again with such monies. Also when you vote for them how long will it be until they close off your streets and bring in 15 minute cities measure's and your have that for at least four and a half to five years under your local councils and one last thing is take the police power's off them and give it back to our government to stop all this marching in our cities and towns

Where's the apology from the three or four conservative PM's plus Gordon Brown and Tony Blair also and every PM since. And those who helped to hind all this the NHS management, doctors and nurses who have received honours and awards for services to medicine with golden parachutes payments and pensioned off I like the think three dimensional on such subjects. It's a crying shame to ask for this. Seeing as it was a big secret back in the day. It began as a crime and it was a criminal act keeping it as such, it happened yes but why sweep it under the carpet and for so long, and £200,000 is an insult. And what about, those who went through all this, and who, died from all this. And after the earnings alone they would have made in life, from all these people could have run into thousands of millions plus they paid in for pensions and never got to see cut short those returns, of a long life of pension payments. Also the cost of the funerals and those who's partner's who died, weeks or months after of loneliness with the loss of their partner's and the aftermath of children, being put into care or being passed on to close and distance relatives (grandmother's, grandfather's, uncles, aunt's, cousins and councils homes setups) all at the cost of the tax payers councils claiming a thousand pounds per child or benefits payments for looking after those children all at our cost. So allegedly what's the chance's that ex labour minister's knew about this, same with conservatives and not forgetting the Lib Dems join government with the Conservatives. There are a few cobwebs, to sweep out there, just a thought, don't have nightmares, it could happen to you or anyone
