When we found out delivery was going to take up to two weeks of our new 2014 Corvette Stingray, we decided we couldn't wait, so owners Aaron and Robbin hopped a flight to Ohio and drove our new C7 Corvette back to Utah in 2 days. Hey Bryan, this is a perfectly valid question. I think one of the beauties of this C7 is the fact that it is a high-performance car with good mileage. So on our particular road trip we were driving it like it is meant to be driven so we averaged about 25mpg. However, a friend of ours who is a lot lighter on the pedal just got 36mpg on a 400 mile road trip. It's a big spread but we were probably doubling his average speed.

Hey Aaron,
I know its sacrilegious to discuss fuel-efficiency before horsepower, but the world is already amazed by the C7's performance. I was just wondering what kind of real world gas mileage you are getting out of the C7? Especially on the long road trip?
