This is really similar to the dragon's beard candy that was trending a while back. But this looks easier to make and with the toasted gram flour and stuff it probably tastes better too.

Only recently I got quite addicted to Soan Papdi and keep buying it :-D It's like eating sweet clouds, picked from a sunny sky :-) So this is going to be the next step, preparing it myself! I'm a vegan, so will not do this with butter but almond or coconut oil, probably. P.S. Watching from Berlin, Germany.
