Considering one of these after Project Farm here on CZcams did some space heater testing. Their $40 Dreo heater was super quiet and heated at a distance quickly. However, one commenter on Amazon said the plug melted on the wall mounted one and he showed pictures. How is your plug holding up now that is has been two months??
No issues! I have no idea how/why his plug would have melted. Mine just looks like a normal electrical plug still. Hope this helps. Thanks for your question.
Can you use command hooks to mount the heater?
Possibly - I would use several to be sure.

What size room is it for how many sq feet
As a rule of thumb, you will need 10 watts of heating power for every square foot of floor area in a room. This means that a 1,500-watt heater can be the primary heat source for an area measuring up to 150 square feet.
Does the blower actually
Blow heat pretty well or barely a breeze?
The blower works as you would expect. It's got good airflow, you can feel it working.
