Just a tip I learned from my time playing bap. He has two main “firing modes”. One is shoot shoot heal and the other is heal shoot heal shoot. The first one (112) allows you to get full dmg output with a little bit of healing. The second one (alternating) gets full healing output with a bit of dmg. In team fights, i’ll use the alternating one quite a bit so i can still deal damage while healing, and i’ll use the 112 if my team is just taking chip damage. These firing modes are difficult to get used to, but just good to know in general as a bap player. You won’t use them all the time, but they add so much more value to your gameplay if implemented properly.
Side note: using window for yourself is a great way to use his ult. Watch any t500 bap play him and most of the time it’s a selfish ult.

I wish that was the norm but unfortunately the overwatch community hates that😢 there can be such a thing as a high skilled dps character and have them strong but no such thing as a high skill support character that’s strong 😔

not sure if you know but didnt mention, baps burst heal also for a few seconds multiplies how much you can heal your teammates, not sure if it makes sense but its on the wiki if you want more info

I started playing bap 3 days ago and he’s now my favorite to play. You can 1v1 dps and I love playing support healing and saving teammates.

When I first started playing Bap I didn't recognize is potential as a almost 3rd DPS so I would heal bot a lot, so as a result I actually accidently got his pixel spray by accident just trying to save my team. Moral of the story, most of the time it's easier to get achievements if you don't know they exist and aren't actively trying to get them instead of just trying to make plays happen.
Bap main here, for me I got pixel pretty quickly but I didn’t get the cute spray until I had a 5 stack in an unranked game and partially threw just to extend the game. All of this was when I was at like 30 hours of play time
One thing I still gotta get better at with Bap is to not boost jump in an open area
LEarning curve for BAP is deffo less steep for who comes from hitscan chara. If aim is already there, it a pleasure to play it. Then comes timing spending CDs and positioning using his jump properly.

Bap is soldier 76 but can also heal the team
it's hard to go back to any support after playing bap, first off, most supports have a shoe for a weapon, as bap you have a gun from the future. The Sojourn effect for supports. Oh and the boots of course...

So with bap ult, it's useable with your team yes, and whenever you can go for it. But don't save it for that specifically, you get more value using it yourself then saving it for your team and not getting anything from it

Depends tbh, the quickest video I've done was my Mercy video, which took me 1 week. I like trying to stay within 2 weeks, but sometimes things don't go to plan. 🥰

I have 96 hours on Baptiste and I still dont have the Cute spray its so difficult near impossible. Thankfully got the Pixel spray around 60-70 hours thanks to enemy Zarya ult

Crazy how he went 5 and 3 and went to masters and i went 5 and 1 in silver 1 and demoted to silver 2. I was at a lost for words especially since i carried all my games
Yeah, I don't have much time to play OW, so when I go 5-1 three times in a row and go from Plat 3 to Plat 1, I start to lost a bit of hope. I seriously think I'm better, and my winrate and stats seem to agree - but I just can't put in enough time to get to a rank which reflects my actual skill level.
