  • I realized that i was still using some outdated techniques in my work. I thought that I should rethink everything from Hyperfocal Distance to minimum shutter speed. My camera is fully loaded with high tech features to help me beat the odds for super sharp results if I but change my outmoded ways. Subject recognition, image stabilization, single autofocus, movable focus points, focus stacking can all help to make me look good. In post production the Denoise feature in Lightroom. or Topaz Denoise can really help too.

I just realized that I was using some outdated thinking in my work. You might enjoy the video on extreme lenses. We are in Twillingate tonight. Temperature gauge is rock steady.

Difficult to get unshared images with that 300mm. That is by far the sharpest lens I've ever used 😅 grt guido

What do you think of DXO photo lab 7, as an alternative to Adobe CC, I do not like the idea of having to pay a monthly subscription every month.

I like the subscription really. I always bootlegged Photoshop and Lightroom, Windows as well. I found it more affordable as a monthly fee less than $20.00. The updates are often. There is talk now about Adobe using people's work to train their AI software, I don't like that. I may try other solutions but I find the new Lightroom amazing. I am also thinking about film again, maybe even B&W exclusively

I have always used Lightroom and Photoshop. Will have to try that myself. Thanks 😊. Mike

Thank you for this. There are a few points that I have been neglecting. I will buy a blower.
