Van Halen and Bon Jovi are not even remotely similar, musically. They don't belong together in the same sentence. Van Halen's first five albums, with David Lee Roth, are great! Even some hardcore punk rockers, like The Minutemen (who I love) loved early Van Halen, and they were right! 🙂
