She has a bit of the accent but maybe because she pass so much time in Korea it gaved her a unique type of pronunciation. I was born in a country that english is not the first language, so I saw this kinda of things happen a lot.

the fact that some blinks kinda feel upset bc Rosé's songs were different with Blackpink's song and Jennie's solo. Like beach?!! Few months before her solo debut, Rosé herself has confirmed that her songs would be different from another song that she has done before with blackpink. She wanted her solo song represent herself, she wanted to be honest with her music. And I'm not surprised that she wrote all of her songs in English (her first language), wbk that she thinks first in English and she's way way more confident when she talks in her first languange. And yeah wbk as well that she's known as the 'Guitar Girl', that's why both of her songs in the album consisted lots of Guitar Instruments. That's Rosé's style. and I liked it.
She also said that every song has its own language to be sung with, she said that English was the perfect language for both Gone and On The ground. She said on the interview on her own Yt channel

I actually looked this up and English is NOT her first language. She spoke Korean first, even when living in Australia. She started learning English in Pre-School.

Rose has one of the heaviest Australian accents i've ever heard lmao, you should hear her speaking voice. I could hear her talk all day, and maybe that's why i love how she pronounces the words in songs as well. Also notice how both of her solo songs are in english, it's because she was born in New Zealand and raised in Australia so that's what she is most comfortable in.
