Next gen Ranger is the way to go. Took delivery of mine last week in NZ. Has set the standard for trucks of its class.

Hey Will! I think after seeing the new Colorado/Canyon that will be out soon the Ranger really looks dated now. To me it looks like Ford put all their development into the Maverick and the Ranger was an afterthought. And yes that Ford chime is annoying!! Haha 😂
Hey Scott! The Maverick is all new for 2022 so I’d kinda expect it to be more modern but the next gen Ranger comes out for 2023 so we’ll see how it’s updated!
Buy NOW, no question. The Raptor will be the only worthwhile trim on the new design for a few years until Ford releases the Tremor (If they do) so the Raptor will be sought after, marked up and hard to get. So buy a Tremor Gen5 now and wait until 2025/26 for the Tremor or a used Raptor. Just what I'm doing

No V6, too bad.
The current "4-cylinder" has best of class torque and fuel economy. What's the issue? It beats all of the other trucks in its class.
Unless you need to tow over 5k or do serious off roading, there's no reason to get this over the Ridgeline. The Ridgeline is more spacious, more practical, has a better ride, is more economical, and costs less when similarly equipped. Admittedly the Ranger Tremor is an awesome vehicle, but Id take a Ridgeline Black Edition for $46k over a Tremor Lariat for $49k any day of the week considering I dont off road.

@@MrBigBoy4Life Ridgeline isnt trash, but until recently i never realized how good the ranger was. I still like the Ridgeline, but now im actually strongly considering a ranger lariat fx4 for my next vehicle
@@19foxtrot66 ranger for sure. Ridgeline is a great vehicle, but it does have some flaws, one of which is lack of 6 ft bed.
@@jakes5530 You have to remember even though the Ridgeline has a 1500 lb payload the bed is limited to 1100 lbs. The 1600 lb payload on the Ranger can all go in the bed. That's nice if you pick up gravel or anything else construction related that's heavy. I'm not 100% sure but i think the new 6th gen Ranger is also supposed to have a wider bed for sheet goods. (2024 US model).
