I think the deck should lean into Naya for Voice of Resurgence. It basically forces your opponent to play on their turn (Especially if Delney is doubling up the triggers) and the added synergy with Winota. Green allows you to play Foundation Breaker as well.
Voice of Resurgence does certainly work well with Delney! And it's legal in Pioneer as well, so perhaps it could work there!!

This seems like the best modern winota deck i have ever seen (but have been playing modern only since around winota was banned in pio), such explosive wintoa triggers
I am honored that you think so! There have been a few Winona decks and modern ever since the Pioneer ban, but it's been a while since we've seen one! As another big boy points it out, the new ajani from modern horizons 3 could fit into the deck really nicely and hopefully make it even better!!!

This is one of those cases I wished Daddy played Magic Arena, because in Timeless format, you can play a very similar list to this and I'm curious what his take on it would be.

Have you considered Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon? It seems like it was made for winota.

Agent is and will always be bonkers. It's why I constantly get into debates about EDH ban list people when they say "b....b...but Sylvan primordial!" and I casually gesture towards Agent, point out he's not legendary, and has upside for stealing too many things, like salt in the wound. In every scenario that Sylvan is "broken", agent is immediately, strictly better.

Daddy, agent is unfortunately playing bad cards to enable cool things. I wish we had a substitute to it.
It's unfortunate that we cannot cast agent unless we do something with fable! But there has been another one other deck in modern that played agent, but other than that, you're absolutely right!

Seriously, Agent of Treachery is that one card everyone hates. Comboing them with Wynona just makes them many times worse.
At least with discard and counters, you didn't get the hope of making a play with the card you actually managed to put in the field in the first place since the cards never got there. You make your whole plan, some dick on the other side just goes "yoink, my play now".
