One of the biggest shifts for me was innerstanding the principle of polarity. Because life can be chaotic with it's highs and lows, I live by this principle and remind my self to always sway to mid pole. For instance, I just got a promotion at work, but instead of gloating on it and all, I feel it for maybe a minute, then go back to mid pole. Same with my dad's death, I allowed myself to feel the pain, but didn't stay there, knowing that too far left or right of that pole keeps me off balance and bi[polar.

@@adampalenik1988 True, that's what enjoying the journey is all about. Be present, be in the moment. But then again, we all have different ways to execute that. The writer of the initial comment prefers to be in the middle and it works perfectly for them. I respect that. We all should do what works for us at all times.

The only hindrance is the mind. Before we go too deep into our power/light, our mind should be stilled, which means having control over our thoughts, which, if not addressed, can lead us to unwanted consequences in later years of our lives. Take this wonderful technique and while inside, ask to be shown the way to erase the negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and desires from our inner bodies, so they do not grow with power/light and become uncontrollable like a team of wild horses. This quieting the mind is a different path but one of the most crucial paths before we become "full of power/light". There is no greater peace than a quiet, contemplative mind.
Your own "self realization" is the greatest thing that can be offered to this world.
    Inquire within.

@@BCTGuitarPlayer My search for releasing thoughts has lead me to learning and reciting the Gayatri mantra. The mind is difficult to access as the exact technique to access it has been hidden for millenia. It took me 5 years of reciting a 15 second mantra called the Gayatri mantra. That was over 20 years ago, and I have immediate access to removing thoughts and stilling my mind and body. I can sit without having a thought or desire for many hours and over 90% of the time I experience a peace which fills my whole body.
The more I recited the Gayatri mantra, the calmer I became. Here is a little bit of information I learned about this mantra:
To quote: " There are seventy million supreme mantras in the Gayatri Mantra. Ten million of these are attributed to Shiva, twenty million to the sun, five million to Ganesha, five million to Vishnu, and thirty million mantras - more than the number attributed to any of the other deities - are attributed to Divine Mother, the Goddess of Supreme Energy. Thus the mantras of Shiva, the sun, Ganesha, Vishnu and the Divine Mother together add up to seventy million supreme mantras.
The Gayatri Mantra is the essence of all these seventy million mantras. Just as all rivers merge into the ocean, all mantras unite in the Gayatri Mantra, the essence of all mantras. You may ask, "Where then does the Gayatri Mantra merge?" The Gayatri Mantra merges in the great ocean of Omkara, the sound of Om."
With 30 years of living with the Gayatri mantra behind me, I now understand more of why it erases thoughts. The energy that inflows the body when reciting, gets stronger and stronger with each chant. After thousands and thousands of chants, energy centers opened up in my body that I never knew existed. I only wish I started chanting 60 years ago. It"s so rewarding now, but the first few years of chanting were not as easy, as many obstacles surfaced and tried to distract me from succeeding. The secret to my success is playing it continuously and chanting it.
search youtube for "Gayatri Mantra - Sathya Sai Baba (108) Sai Bhajans". Just listen to it for a while, and if you are interested, i can post more information on the Gayatri Mantra.

      The convincing evidence of reality!
All things are based off sun, moon and stars. Which are creation that happened 4.5 billion years ago! Sun, moon and earth. 2 Corinthians 4:18 while we keep our eyes, not on the things seen, but on the things unseen. For the things seen are temporary, but the things unseen are everlasting.
2 Corinthians 5:7 for we are walking by faith, not by sight.
Hebrews 11:1 Faith is the assured expectation of what is hoped for, the evident demonstration* of realities that are not seen. * Or “convincing evidence.”

Alright. So, you have many layers in your seemingly simple statement.
There no death, but when we leave to go back where we came from, the body isn't animated anymore, sort of like a glove that isn't worn any longer. But when you take off that glove, and it doesn't do what the hand does (but obviously did), is your hand gone? No. You are to your body what your hand is to the glove. And if your hand is not in the glove, where 'can' it be? Anywhere else, right? Now, stop. Think abt that.
Now, you hand isn't "anywhere else", is it? It's where it is. But your hand isn't you, it's your body. When you look in the mirror, you aren't that body. You are the one looking out of the vehicle's visual tools (your eyes) seeing "your" reflection, and think (believe) the reflection is you. That's not accurate, right? So you leave, and go back Home. You can stop along the way, or go straight there.
Look at a triple rainbow, if you ever get the chance. When the third rainbow is visible, look at the first one. What do you see?? A repeated pattern of that rainbow forming the impression of a tunnel. That's how we get back. So you will see your loved ones again. But since they don't have a body, they can't be part of the physical world, in their vehicles the same way they could - b/c they aren't physical. They are what they are without the "glove". In the meantime, you see them in hints they show you, like flicking the lights in the room, or arranging a feather to be "oddly" where it couldn't be. Or maybe you smell a familiar cologne/perfume, or a favourite bird you both liked keeps showing up. There are many "strange" things that can occur. But can you See them??
Now, all that being said, you will "miss" them. What does that mean? Well, it means you're attached. I understand how that is, but growth comes as you understand that there's no death, and they must go back. What does help is knowing that they remember you, and they don't just disappear. They are as close as your thoughts. Think of them. If you visualize them, they might be presenting an image of themselves to you as one of those hints. Sit with them. They aren't gone. Death is an illusion, my friend. But they can't be human, and they can't be a cat, or a dog, w/o the ability to be here in that form, in this reality. And neither can you. They can't die, and you won't either. The key is to magnify and improve your character. Corruption of yourself is "death" and that's what keeps you from returning Home. You are Loved. Live like that.

@@SirGryflet In a way, yes. But this is a perspective issue - it's there, unless you can't see the analogy. If it can't be thought of that way, then no. And then this goes into our perception of "who" we are. But it works on the outside world too; "God hates me"/"...loves me", "I'm a screwup/...awesome." etc. How we see and what we believe determines the compliment for how reality is projected and therefore found. But it's not "levels", it's layers. We can mingle pos and neg in the same view, and that's a problem.

Joseph - Imhotep - Thoth - Hermes! Hermes, the Greek god of interpretive communication, was combined with Thoth, the Egyptian god of wisdom. The Egyptian priest and polymath Imhotep had been deified long after his death and therefore assimilated to Thoth in the classical and Hellenistic periods.
When the Greeks learned that the Egyptians had a god Thoth, or Tehuti, who specialized in wisdom and learning, they named him Hermes Trismegistus, or “thrice greatest Hermes.” Supposedly Hermes Trismegistus was the scribe of the gods who authored the sacred hermetic works that described the material world as well as the quest for spiritual perfection.
      Altar and Pillar
      Isaiah 19:19 Revelation 5:5
Imhotep - Joseph the same person who built the step pyramid. Acts 7:10... God gave him favor before Pharaoh, king of Egypt. God also gave Joseph unusual wisdom, so that Pharaoh appointed him ruler over all of Egypt and put him in charge of everything he owned.
The Great Pyramid has 8 sides. The 8 sides represent the 8 kingdoms of the world. Jesus is the corner stone. The last kingdom to rule forever.
There is actually ten sides counting top and bottom. First Empire was Nimrod. Who represents Babylon the Great, the Empire of false religion. The bottom of the pyramid is a side. All eight Kingdoms of Revelation ride with the harlot, Babylon the Great.
The Great Pyramid having no top corner stone and
the top being flat is the Harlot. Jesus is the cornerstone the builders rejected. The Nations would rather follow the Harlot than Jesus. Revelation 17:9 “This calls for a mind that has wisdom: The seven heads mean seven mountains, where the woman sits on top. 10 And there are seven kings: Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet arrived; but when he does arrive, he must remain a short while. 11 And the wild beast that was but is not, it is also an eighth king, but it springs from the seven, and it goes off into destruction.
Matthew 21:42 Jesus said to them: “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone that the builders rejected, this has become the chief cornerstone. This has come from Jehovah, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? 43 This is why I say to you, the Kingdom of God will be taken from you and be given to a nation producing its fruits.
What does the Sphinx really represent. Because Jesus is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.
Isaiah 19:19 In that day there will be an altar to Jehovah in the middle of the land of Egypt and a pillar to Jehovah at its boundary. 20 It will be for a sign and for a witness to Jehovah of armies in the land of Egypt; for they will cry out to Jehovah because of the oppressors, and he will send them a savior, a grand one, who will save them.
Revelation 5:5 But one of the elders said to me: “Stop weeping. Look! The Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered so as to open the scroll and its seven seals.”

All Ancient Civilizations worshiped the Queen of the Heavens God's! The Wisdom of the Apostle Paul was literally out of this World! Lol!
When Zeus and Hermes came down to the Earth. Lol! Acts 14:11 When the crowds saw what Paul had done, they cried out in the Lyc·a·oʹni·an language: “The gods have become like humans and have come down to us!” 12 And they started calling Barʹna·bas Zeus, but Paul Herʹmes, since he was taking the lead in speaking. 13 And the priest of Zeus, whose temple was at the entrance of the city,* brought bulls and garlands to the gates and wanted to offer sacrifices with the crowds.
14 However, when the apostles Barʹna·bas and Paul heard of it, they ripped their garments and leaped out into the crowd and cried out: 15 “Men, why are you doing these things? We too are humans having the same infirmities as you have. And we are declaring the good news to you, for you to turn from these vain things to the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all the things in them. 16 In past generations he permitted all the nations to go on in their ways, 17 although he did not leave himself without witness in that he did good, giving you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, satisfying you with food and filling your hearts with gladness.” 18 And yet despite saying these things, they barely restrained the crowds from sacrificing to them.

Did Jesus go to the Greeks to teach them? Did John write the Gospel in Greek! Is the world being taught the Trinity by the Greeks! Did John write John 1:1 in Greek! John 7:35 Therefore, the Jews said among themselves: “Where does this man intend to go, so that we will not find him? He does not intend to go to the Jews dispersed among the Greeks and teach the Greeks, does he?
      Bible scholars say a lot.
Was the writings of the New Testament written in Aramaic. Was all the letters in Aramaic. Peter and Paul was writing letters to the congregations before the Gospels was even written. The Gospel of John has Jesus dying on a different day. They also say Matthew, Mark, Luke and John didn't right the Gospels. The Gospels came about at the time Peter and Paul and Jerusalem was destroyed by 70 AD. Jesus and the apostles spoke Aramaic.
It's because the only commonly circulated manuscripts are in Greek. The strong consensus of modern scholars is that Revelation was not written by either the apostle John nor by the author of John’s Gospel. To distinguish the author, they now refer to him simply as ‘John of Patmos’. Patmos was a Greek island and naturally the book was written in Greek to be read by Greek-speaking Christians.
But for the record, this is why when the boy Jesus taught at the Temple in Hebrew translating it into perfect Aramaic that the Rabbis were astounded. This was the first time a boy did what the priests could not do.
The four gospels is associated with the four living creatures Matthew the man, Mark the lion, Luke the ox, and John the eagle.
John has Jesus dying on a different day. It's the Day of Preparation not the Day of Preparation for Passover.
It was the day they prepare the lambs for sacrifice. While at the same time Jesus is prepared for sacrifice. Jesus is the Lamb of YHVH Yehovah Jehovah
The Apostle John who was the last Apostle. Who I believed received Revelation was the Q source for the gospels that scholars argue about. John would have been an eyewitness to all.
