You can turn an iPad into a Square credit card reader aka a point of sales system. This way you can accept payments from your customers in your business. However, there is one major disadvantage by using the Square system. You have to pay 3% in processing fees. $29 is for the Plus version of Square; it has many advanced background features. The Free version, only charges per transaction processing fee
(2.9%+0.10).

@@ChadThePOSGuy yeah it's about 780 per month. but we don't do cash discounts, so the cash sales kind of offset the square fees, leaving them at about 260.

Nobody acknowledges the fact that most people pay with plastic and vendors NEED a way to take payments, so, they Need a device like square….do they expect square to be free??? Square has to make money too.
