I always found it hilarious that people thought kafka would be anything less than S tier. I was like yeah sure buddy like mihoyo would hurt their profits like that. They probably have their own "prydwen chart" in their studio and carefully change stats so that their charachters are just at the right spot. They are better at manipulation than kafka 😂.
Yeah especially on that leaked gameplay when the leakers are intentionally playing her bad just to look bad for the players and still deals alot of damage
Mihoyo's been intentionally giving well-received characters weak kits tho, happened to Yae Miko and Dehya so they can save better kits for less popular characters. Cause they know even if the kits are shit ppl would still simp for the design and spend their whole wallet so they can get away with it

she sucks full maxed fully laoed kafka only being able to do 500k WITH FUlly giga nihility blessingts is laughable my e1s1 jing yuan with shit relics and nowhere near max traces can do 350k when a fully mega loaded kafka only does 500k is sad
From the dmg dealt I'm pretty sure Break effect has no effect on her DoTs other than when she applies dot due to a Weakness Break so getting more Atk% would have been better for her.
I agree I saw a CC did a full break effect and honestly I didn’t see a damage diff if anything just looked nicer on the BE but damage was smaller , BE is just as useless as base stats imo, just a little extra one time damage , not worth removing an attack rope for BE 100%
Auto is only good when you have Himeko and Kuru Kuru obliterating the EXP domain (or whatever it's called in HSR) with the fire and ice birds in it, these two go crazy in there.
This character is amazing to play, and for some unknown reason I had the luckiest pulls I have ever had on both genshin and star rail and got 3 copies in 110 pulls + her LC in 50, and she feels sooooo great even with subpar relics...
im using a E1 S1 Crit Kafka and she’s really good, does really good damage and her DOTs still do good damage, you can really use anything on her and make her extremely good
what is your kafka stats overall ? I also think crit body can be better as long as your base attack close to 3000. Since she hit multiple times also her follow up attack is pretty hurts.

honestly, i've found that himeko and kafka work pretty well together if you wanna run dual dps. kafka does good break AND makes the dot's go boom, while himeko gets more follow ups with more breaks as well as applying burn
i was lucky enough to pull her light cone too and then when i went to roll just 20 times to see if i got a sampo eidolon i got her again and 2 sampos, that e1 is cracked lmao is 80 now full tracers and decent gear, if you want to survive heavy damage bosses just add fire mc with a healer and kafka + another dot or buffer will take care of eevrything really fast, i got selee too and trust me kafka really pulls near her even without doters

I tried going in the simulated universe with kafka/sampo/e6 serval/gepard, with nihility path and it's an absolute bomb. Got the blessing where DoT heals characters, and the one that gives speed after heals, it literally makes my phone lag due to the amount of damage and non-ending "speed boost" notification

In SIM, my e6 kafka 1 cycled all 3 phases of the boss pretty easily without using ting, asta, or luocha, just using FMC, Bailu, and Sampo. The only turn the deer gets is his automatic turn at the beginning of each phase
Support characters are good and all but wouldn't another built DoT char like Sampo or Luka be more beneficial for her dmg output, since her skill and ultimate procs existing DoT's, if she is the only DoT source then her kit is lacking tremendously even with the best support units, no? Am I going crazy?
If you play hypercarry Kafka u actually also play critka and have more dmg it depends on stuff like if u have c2 or how many opponents there are or if u use a dot teammate soooo if u you just play hypercarry u should try a critka built ;)
What i love about dot is, even we are done attacking, they still get damaged when they are about to attack us, even in some scenario they die when their return about to begin, its so fun to see that

I have pulled an additiona 4 multi but failed to get Kafka... Did I just waste my 4 multi and should have just saved it for Dan Heng IL or does pity carry over to the next banner?
I didn't realize her E1 stacks... oh no... that definitely makes speed the number one stat for her and DEFINITELY puts Asta as her number one support. Edit: Commentor below noted that stacking shred was from fish dying and that the E1 DOES NOT stack with itself. It's still really good.
auto should not be perfect , but at least it can use the skill when its needed and in the right caracters , but it should absolutely be worst from manual play.

@@TheHoboWithAShotgunshe's 100% not garbage, it's just hypercarry team is much weaker compared to dot team so it feels underwhelming and imo it's wrong approach to her, her ult and skill is about activating the dots and you don't have much dots if you're using only Kafka
EHR% is really important to guarantee the shock, but for that you only need 11% from substats. Once you have 11% from substats, focus on speed until you have 134, and focus on atk%. Keep in mind that if you have E1, you need around 20% more EHR% (not sure but it's about 20%) to guarantee its effect, but it's not worth it to focus on that.

Pair crit kafka with bronya and max Kafka talent. She keeps hitting her followup attack. I saw lvl 9 talent and it does 171% atk.

i have both blade and kafka and my blade is built better, has bronya and deals somewhat similar damage compared to Kafka
also considering that kafka is built for dot dmg, no crit stats ofc she's gonna do less damage in hypercarry team

Yea that’s generally how you want to play her, but some ppl like to build crit Kafka for memes, plus this is e6 so… honestly any build will work

E6 blade is insane .. even blade e0 good gear does 100k plus in simulated universe and I have no buff unit still does more damage

The 30% def shreds were from the fish dying, not from kafka e1. Kafka e1 only reapplies itself and does not stack with itself.

apparently you missed the two ticks of 70k. 100k + 140k = 270k from just her ultimate not counting other dot characters on the team.
@@kieragard Yeah I think you missed where Blade hits for more than that, without her DoT he does even more DmG lmao. He’s literally the #1 AoE dps in the game at E6, she’s not going to do more dmg than him.

EHR% is really important to guarantee the shock, but for that you only need 11% from substats. Once you have 11% from substats, focus on speed until you have 134, and focus on atk%. Keep in mind that if you have E1, you need around 20% more EHR% (not sure but it's about 20%) to guarantee its effect, but it's not worth it to focus on that.
