The Keshik is the first unique unit of the Tatars in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition. It is a cavalry unit which slowly generates gold while attacking enemy units.
Keshiks can be upgraded to Elite Keshiks in the Imperial Age.
Cost: 60 Food, 40 Gold

In the total resources series, we consider 100 Food = 100 Wood = 100 Gold. In the equal resources series, we consider 100 Food = 100 Wood = 17 Gold.

Keshik is now more like a unique Paladin in terms of overall performance. Three main ways to defeat the Keshiks:
1) Just overpower with superior traits (i.e. how Teutonic Knight and Boyar won).
2) Strike with anti-cavalry firepower (i.e. how Mameluke and Kamayuk won).
3) Exploit unique strengths and weaknesses (i.e. how Samurai and Missionary won).
