- Did some early winter/late fall river fishing during early December on an industrialized river. Weather was partly cloudy with a high in the 50s F. Water temperature was around 45 F.

Great video, I fish for hybrids here in Ohio a lot. We found out if we lighten up on the drag and not reel (let them run) when they go on those runs they stay pinned and don't rip the hooks out (especially with a jerk bait with lighter hooks like the one you're using).

The disappointments just don’t make it to CZcams 😂. I believe there are white bass in all 3 rivers but it seems that there are more in the monongahela and the most in the Ohio
Would a walleye bite and peel the skin off a minnow or bite the tail off?
This spillway I fish has no Muskies, bowfins, just walleye.
Their teeth are pointed but without a sharp edge, so they puncture more than slice but I suppose they could…
I hope this holds up next year when the conditions change, we chase fish in the same areas 1 suggestion try a BfishN Pulse X w/ 1/4 oz jig head smashing fish…

Honestly I’m not doing anything different I’m just running into them at my walleye spots. They school and if you catch one sometimes there’s a bunch
