Scientific Name: Chelonia mydas
Range: tropical and temperate oceans worldwide
Habitat: beaches for nesting, open ocean and the seafloor outside of breeding season
Size: up to 4 feet (122cm) long and over 400 pounds (181kg) in weight
Diet: adults are herbivores eating seagrass and algae, juveniles eat animal material
Threats: run-ins with boats, by-catch, poaching, sharks, sea birds, foxes, etc.
Lifespan: 70+ years

Can you do fact files on ridley turtles?
yeah they still eat meat as adults too, at my local aquarium they give them around 700-1000g of leafy veggies and around 100-200g of seafood depending on a variety of factors like age and weight
not herbivores but Def omnivores with more reliance on vegetation! great video!!!

Hotter temperatures increase the birth of females. In reptiles and fish, sex determination is temperature-dependent. Higher temperatures produce more females. This is only one of the problems however.
