Agreed. I think we have the right numbers, but currently, Ramsey is our only h/g player with any first team experience. I also think it's clever PSR movement. Essentially, philogene is costing us £10m, which is a great fee. To buy another player to sit on the bench would cost £20-25m plus bigger wages.
@@stonedvillain79I think it’s better than that. At the quoted price, we’d get £6M sell on, then I thought Hull paid us £5M when they bought him. On that basis, he’s only costing us about £8M. Good business.
Building a statue of Benni McCarthy based on transfer rumours? We should probably also look at renaming Villa Park to the Milot Rashisca stadium. Surprised B. Live still aren't running transfer stories on him tbh. UTV
Out of curiosity, what does Paddy think the benefit of bringing Jayden back to sell him on would be? Buy him back with the 30% discount and then sell him at full price… kind of the point of the sell on clause isn’t it 🤣 30% with stupid extra steps.
the rules with dual ownership is the owner can own 1 club 100% and another at 25% and that’s what ratcliffe has 😊 villa had 29% in vitoria and had to reduce to 25% to comply i hate man u as much as the next villa fan but retcliffe abided by the rules
Diaby was over there in the summer....possible to get our money back and sell on fee. He's not suited to the premier lacks strength and gets bullied. Good season but not a great season.
Yep, I predicted in November that they'd move Diaby this summer. It was obvious after his injury that he never got fully back on track physically or mentally. Emery said he's in a hurry to win, and Bailey is the main man on the right anyway, so I dont think they're gonna hold Diaby's hand anymore.
I'm not sure 100% but could bringing archer and philogene back have something to do with squad registration rules for europe?

Who knew that behind those glasses, Paddy was a Sexy Beast?

@@chrisdelaney841 that could have been it 😀
Will we have an actual team abymore next year .... they will have to gel gain and itll take time . I think we will struggle next year
If Archer was good enough, we'd have kept him in the first place
