Don't you have to clean the tub literally every time you shower, to avoid soap scum around the tub and inside? Even if you don't use the tub you gotta clean it dry. So it looks nice by design but not a great idea functionally.

Now this is a home where I wouldn't mind my kids moving back in. Plenty of space to get lost when you need a little privacy, but still be close together!
This home is loaded with great features. Such as the secondary water closet in the master bedroom, two kitchens, and hardwood flooring. The modern style feels warm and cozy.
I’d never use that bidet though.
Oh I definitely would use the bidet! I also love the idea of the secondary water closet and the prep kitchen/pantry. Just a gorgeous home altogether. The lanai could be larger and what about that 2nd floor terrace, gracious? Love it! Plus enough land for a pool and outdoor kitchen. Think of the parties you could have! One complaint: for a $2.395M house the MB walk-in closet should be done by California Closets!

I was watching a guy named Danny, forgot his last name, but he shows a lot of Toll Brothers properties in Cali. The thing I noticed about The Toll Brothers designs are the fact that the interior is amazing, but when you get to the pool, it's so skinny and short. Like, I want to swim, not just run laps. The pools don't look like they can fit more than two people at one time.

This kitchen is absolutely astonishing! I’m loving 🥰 the floating shelves🙌🏼 the unfinished basement is massive 👍🏽👍🏽 love 💕 the hardwood floors throughout, and, the backyard was not overwhelming. This house is hitting all of the buttons - from the windows to the office connected to the master closet and the dirty/prep kitchen...with a laundry. I am loving the first floor. Love the penny tiles used for the shower walls on the second floor. This house is A++.
Absolutely stunning home. Hardwoods not a carpet in sight. Those black fixtures, airy , clean, unclutterd feeling outside porch/patio. The yard amazing. Only thing I did not like is that interior landing/balcony. great job Janice!

I absolutely LOVE the way this home is built and furnished. I probably would've loved it more if the basement was finished and even if it wasn't furnished. I wonder if the builders would've finished the basement if requested so as to keep up the aesthetic of the rest of the home to maintain a continuous flow throughout? I also wonder how much the home would be if they would throw in all the furnishings. Everyone involved here did a wonderful job...simply beautiful🥰🔥
