It looks a nice, relaxed social place and a good place to buy some film, a new camera, or just chat about photography. A nice relaxed attitude towards alcohol too. If this was in the UK, the police would be called and it will be shut down and people arrested! Best of luck with everything!

They make me think about two old dudes i know in Nantes
,france. Two old friends which are ( i think) the last analogue camera store in france, they make a lot of workshops and helped me every time i needed to. Maybe they chould contact them to have their exprience share. It's called "PHoto st pierre" and i wich your friends can have the same carriere as camera store owner as them and be still open in 20 years. congrat :)

What film camera would you recommend for street photography?
There are many... On a budget a point and shoot can be fun. Any DSLR. Maybe a Canonet QL17. For rangefinders I can recommend the Minolta CLE (I just bought one) or of course the leica M cameras. But there are expensive and heavy. The lens you buy is much more important.

Samuel, I love you and your videos, but please stop with the titles. You could easily name this video "Something happened... MY FRIENDS OPENED A CAMERA STORE IN BERLIN" and it would be so much more informative and a lot less clickbaity.
Sure. I actually wanted to change it later anyways (so that it is better searchable when you search for safelight berlin). But any other title would give the plot twist of the intro away, so I went with the clickbait just for now :)

The Headline is clickbait. Please don’t do this. Its too cheap.
And about the store, analogue photography will definitely disappear. Because nobody will produce film anymore. Right now it’s just a niche for hipsters. Taking photos on film is just too expensive and the whole process takes too long.
for the economic efficiency, no one will use analog camera, yes ! But do you mean people can not have fun ? Do you know people still enjoy writing with ink pen on paper instead using computer? Not everything needs to be converted into money, please enjoy life.
