Having this placement must be the reason for my difficulty. I feel like I am constantly fighting. My anxiety is on 10 and the heartache is tremendous.
I was forced to be strong through the trauma for sure.
I am 33 years old, 6’1, no children. Pisces Sun, Scorpio Rising. Exactly what you stated. Went through a lot of shit since child life, my life cycle is like a consistency of bell curves: From family violence as a child, parents divorce, I moved more than 20 times, my divorce after 6 years of marriage, many past relationships encounters; I am still blessed as a successful individual in education, career, great personality, magnetic attractive to the opposite sex (I like all women of race as long as they are slim and sexy), and I see through people’s BS and through their intentions by stare into their eyes. These extreme experiences made me stronger, resilience, tougher, and nobody dares to fuck with me. I am a mentally strong individual with high self control, self disciplan, and strong willed. I eat extremely healthy, don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, nor drink alcohol. Extremely sexual but can surpress it. Currently preparing LSAT for law school, working full time as a paralegal in law firm. I realize I really have a passion in a powerful career and focus on my purpose. I am my own validation and positive emotions. I love myself and respect myself. I have high standards toward myself and others around me. Self sufficient and I know what I want in life: Take actions and fearless!

My mother told me that when she tried to feed me i Just couldn't keep the milk in my stomach because I was born with a reflux in the stomach. And because of that the doctor said i had shortly life time due to the malnutrition i had. But after all this years I'm alive

Were you breast fed or were you on the harsher baby milk? A lot of us scorpio rising/moon types are Empaths and we have a very sensitive intestinal/stomach system. I have terrible stomach problems. Crohns. I also get really bad acid reflux as a symptom

Now I understand why people are so drawn to me even I don’t do anything...I’m not really an attention seeker, and sometimes even I just passing by in an area like in my gym where so many guys around...I’m kinda shy specially if surrounded with strangers but people really pay attention to me even I don’t do anything...some people I chat before told me i have an intense eyes and now I understand why some people are shy to look in my eyes directly...when it comes to my appearance i can say i have a pleasing personality specially now that i had cosmetic surgery to enhance my looks...sometimes i find it funny that I catch people candidly while staring at me secretly...yes i have a very strong sense of intuition...i do read body language specially men whose interested in me but find it hard to communicate with them specially to those good looking men...thanks for that information and now I’m starting to understand deeply myself and what’s happening around me❤️ anyway libra sun here with scorpio rising and leo moon❤️
You probably didn't need to waste money on cosmetic surgery as you were very likely stunning and very sexy with these aspects. I have Libra Sun Taurus moon and by all accounts very easy on the eye and oozed sex appeal. I am now 64 but will age naturally.

Totally relate. I hate small talks, few selected friends and the attraction to dark, taboo, death/rebirth, the meanng of it all (i also have sagittararius in my first house and Jupiter is there), phylosophy and all these themes (and in my particular case, spiritual practices). No fear of the "primordial chaos", dwelve deep ... the hard part are the sudden changes that we have to deal with. But as rock in the way, just kick it outta the way and keep in the path to self knowledge and ascention. Great video btw, thanks for sharing your knowledge!

I really like your approach Hannah - intelligent and so much more insightful than most. Jungian perspective definitely gives added depth to astrology and makes it a lot more meaningful. And depth is important to me as Scorpio Rising! Altogether ruled by Pluto too, with Pluto at Midheaven, conjunct Mars on one side and Moon on the other. Baby boomer generation, Pluto in last degrees of Leo. Sun conjunct Saturn in Libra. And yes, traumatic childhood, dark family secrets (Scorpio in much of my 12th house too), lots of pain and resentments to grow through, very sensitive but people think I'm tough and have often treated me badly... Been through major transformations and only now, in my mid 60s, feel like I know what I'm here for and what all that trauma and angst has been leading up to, and it's about focusing on others rather than myself. And - surprise surprise! - for the first time in my life I'm truly happy. I retrained as a psychotherapist in my early 50s and that's what I love: helping people face and transform their fears and darkness. Cause I'm not afraid to go there with them. Anyway, thanks for your channel, a real breath of fresh air.

When talking about the mythological ruler of scorpio, being pluto/Hades, I think it's also VERY VERY important to realize hades is syncretic with Dionysus. They are the "same being", just as How Apollo is the same as Hyperion[Even though they are separate entities, divinities have different wavelengths]. They have an overlap of energy and function.
When looking at the Apollonian VS Dionysian paradigm (Law VS Chaos), you realize that scorpio is very much, when both energies combine a representative of both hades AND Dionysus.
Dionysus being the god of ECSTASY. Hades is the representation of the Death concept, he is solemn, cold, and very chthonic, but dionysus represents the Rebirth concept, the life and death cycle, and furthermore the insight one gets into flinging themselves off the edge in a leap of faith, going into dangerous territory to come back stronger than before; The energy he represents is the death of the former self, the ego, the fear, and what comes afterwards. He is the drunk words that speak sober thoughts, the shroom eater, and the mead drinker.
Generally this energy Brightens up into sagittarius, and while Apollo represents the sun, He is also the archer as well, and that energy of philosophy, wisdom, universal laws, and joy of understanding and growth are just as much embodied by Apollo as Zeus[and more so if you think about it. Zeus as a character is MUCH more embodied by Capricorn, with Saturn and Zeus sharing sins]

What's wild is that my grandmother died suddenly at the age of 50, 3-4 months after my Scorpio rising birth. She held my dysfunctional family together as the peacemaker and looking back now..it's clear her death definitely impacted myself and family in a very negative way

Scorpio rising/ Pluto in Libra in 11th House conjunct Saturn and Mars. Also a Virgo interception. For me my childhood was solitary and traumatic. My parents didn’t really allow for me to have friends outside of school. So home life was isolating. My home life was often violent and chaotic as well. But as I matured, things changed. I easily cut ties with my parents and moved on, ice cold. It always seems to take a bit longer than others for my goals to be realized. Also social graces do not come naturally to me at all. I’m usually very anxious and shy meeting new people and am told I initially come across as a snob. But once you get to know me i am loyal, gregarious, and am usually the one my friends come to with their deepest personal issues. I didn’t have lots of friends as a boy but as an adult I have built a close family of very good friends.

Hannah, I realised something in regards to trauma, feeling unloved and abusive parents. I find it interesting that if you were to witness or hear about someone elses abuse you would know that the abuse wasn't their fault, right? It would just be obvious. For example what i wrote about my mom from an outside perspective it is obvious that she is the one with the problems. When I hear about someone elses suffering e.g. someone told me about having been raped by her father it doesn't take me any effort to see that the father is the one with the issues and the one who got abused didn't deserve it. It just is obvous from an outside perspective. YET when whe are the ones who get abused....When it is our own family who abuses us it is soooooo soooo hard to see that it isn't our fault. What do whe do, whe blame ourselves. It dosn't matter how obvious it is from an outside-perspective the abused one blames him/-herself for what happened. It is enormously hard to see things objectively if whe are the ones who are being abused by our own families. I was wondering why that is. It is so obvious and so easy when it comes to other people being abused, yet next to impossible to see reality when dealing with our own pain and abuse. And it is completely insane to blame yourself for what happened if you think of it. Yet whe all do it. I have already mentioned this, but to me it is actually quite profound to realise that you are hardwired to emotionally bond with your caregivers. It is a biological mechanism to ensure that you stick to your caregivers whom you need as a child to survive and this program keeps running your whole life. So whe all idealise our caregivers. You know how it goes: It's my mum...she MUST have my best interest at heart. she just MUST...Its the woman who put me on this earth. she MUST love me. She is my mom for christs sake!!! If you have resentment and if you hate the guts out of your mom, then it's because you take what she did to you deeply personal and you think it does say something about you. You are put in a very difficult position. You think you are a shitty person So even if you hate your parents the hate isn't an indicator that you know full well that they are in the wrong you are angry with them for reminding you of your worthlessness which you can't resolve as it is part of your personality. So from going into my emotions as an introverted feeler I come to the conclusion that no matter which way I idealise my parents by thinking they have my best interest at heart and it is my fault if they hurt me. So even if you hate the guts out of your mum, you still Idealise her and think she is in the right and if only you were different she would have treated you better. You are full of resentment not because you see the error in your moms behaviour but because she makes you feel so worthless (she shoves your worthlssness down your throat, if you want which is soooo mean of her, right?). So you keep idealising your parents and think they are are perfect and you are flawed, even though it might not seem like you do on a surface level. Think of it like this: If you were able to see your mom as a human being with flaws, a person who isn't perfect just like everyone else and if you therefore knew that her behaviour towards you does not say anything about you but rather that it stems from your moms own unresolved issues, then why would you be resentful and take it personal? I mean, your mom is a human like you. You are not better nor worse then your mom. Whe are all humans and all on the same level. your mom isn't above you and you are not below your mom. Yet our mom to us has this special role (for better or for worse) and whe (unconsciously) put her on a pedastal. So this biological hardwiring to bond with your caregivers is extremely persistent. You put your mom on a pedastal wether you realise it or not. At the bottom of it whe always think it is our fault rather then seeing our parents for the flawed and imperfect human beings that they are. And this hardwiring is what makes it so damn hard to recover from abuse or from neglect and thinking whe are not lovable. After all if our own mom is emotionally unavailable, our own mom who is perfect because she made us, then it must mean its our fault and whe are unlovable. So that is why it is so hard to undo our childhood-programing, because whe are wired to idealise our parents which totally backfires on us as it keeps us from seeing them objectively so whe end up taking the blame and are stuck in trauma as whe think whe are unlovable due to how our parents treated us because after all they are our parents and if they do bla bla bla then it must mean that whe are bla bla bla. To see how strong the push to idealise your parents is just say to yourself "my mom is no different from that woman walking on the street" and see if you really truly buy that statement....
You know in my case I basically have to completely get my mom out of my system and I would really have to see her as a person with flaws otherwise I blame myself for everything and I am fucked. I tell you, I have a hard time really EMOTIONALLY grasping the concept of my mom not loving me (I can do it intellectually but not emotionally)...My mind really bends and breaks itself to maintain the emotional perception of my mom having to love me because she made me and therefore it is all my fault because she is flawless and on that god damn pedestal. From an outside perspective it is obvious (I hope) that my mom is extremely fucked up but yet, for me this emotional bonding to her remains which keeps me from really seeing her as a normal person who is not above or below me and who just has extreme trauma from her own childhood and that it isn't my fault. I think this is crucial to take into account for therapeutric approaches, to see that you are hardwired to idealise parents and are unable to see them as they really are, which doesn't get adressed from what i can see so far. So I think and feel that there must be a way to undo the emotional hardwiring towards our parents in order to resolve trauma. This would be the connection to scorpio which is about trauma and healing and transformation. Find a way to undo the emotional wiring to your parents established in 4th house to be able to see things as they really are and heal and transform from your trauma in 8th house. I think it is so crucial to adress this emotional wiring otherwise you won't be able to get a clear view on your parents and will stay traumatised. And like I said in the beginning it even is absurd in a way that whe have to go to therapy. Whe have to go to therapy because whe think whe are the problem and whe are to blame which causes us all this pain and confusion, right? So whe go to therapy to sort it out and to learn that whe are good and lovable. But to even think whe are to blame in the first place when it is obvious that whe are not is kind of absurd from an outside perspective, right? e.g. with my mom it is obvious from a rational perspective that she has issues and it isn't my fault or with you feeling unlovable because of emotional neglect it is obvious to me that you are deserving of love just like everyone else. So why don't whe ourselves see that whe are both good and lovable? It's because of this strong emotional bond that has us idealise our moms and take the blame and feel like shit and have us go to therapy to figure out this mess. So I wonder if there is a way to undo the emotional bond towards our parents to see things for what they are and to see that it isn't our fault. The emotional bonding towards our caregivers it shoves the blame and shame down or throats and makes it so hard to heal, when it shouldn't be hard in the first place. Sorry this got a bit lenghty. I hope I could make my insights on healing from trauma clear.

Wow. This was long but I think it was very insightful. I feel like in this society, we glorify parents so much that we sometimes forget that they're humans and that what they do or say isn't always correct or right and that, like anyone else, makes mistakes. Just because they're your parents doesn't mean that they can abuse you or treat you like shit because you're the child and they're the parents because that damages a child's self-worth and self-esteem and that can be traumatic. It is NOT okay and it never will be. Yes, a child should be taught discipline but in moderation. This is why I'm not really for whippings tbh because I think that can cause trauma for the person receiving it 😒😖

People can't talk to me eye to eye . I always feel like alot people staring at me whenever i go outside ....before knowing astrology i was thinking that maybe i'm an alien or wairdo .

I'm not a Scorpio rising, but was advised to look it up to see if any of it resonates with me since my Pluto is in my first house conjunct my ascendant (Libra).
I've dealt with a lot of early trauma: family death, parental neglect and abandonment, sexual abuse, drug and alcohol abuse, risky sexual behavior, really the whole nine yards.
I believe this placement has brought an extraordinary amount of difficulty in my chart and trying to learn more about it.

Also you are spot on with your interpretation of pluto in 2nd house as I have this placement and I can attest to what you are saying. It is my deep inner shame that I need to heal and I want to see my parents for who they are (see my other post) to be able to resolve my shame and build my self-esteem. Jupiter transit through my 2nd house conjunct my natal pluto as well as saturn currently being conjunct my natal uranus which are both conjunct my IC at the moment are helping with that.

@@Mayadear3 That is a very powerful statement and by being a generational term, I would suggest you be more careful with your words. What you are saying its just assuming. It all depends on the person. Plus, Scorpio rising with a Pluto in scorpio on the 12th house, has lots of positive characteristics. On general terms...everyone has tools...its about knowing how to use them well.

I have Scorpio rising with Pluto sitting on my first house in Sagittarius. As Plutonian it sucks being a Pluto dominant, even though as Saturn in Taurus person, I do believe that healing overtime is something Scorpio moon people should work on.

I can't say I had a dark childhood, have any deep pain, or am perceived as dark...However I'm a great investigator, am very perceptive, and tend to receive resources from others often (thanks Jupiter!). I also have a lot of Venus aspects and Gemini planets that might help counteract the dark scorpio side

Wow both my grandfather and my grandmother died within 2 months of my birth?
