As much as I liked Drew I'm perfectly fine with his placement here.
With an elimination game like this you NEED characters to be early boots while the others develop their storylines, and Drew was well written considering how few episodes he had, just look at the comments and you can see how many people love him, that's how you do an early boot!
Plus getting rid of a loveable character really sets up Grett as a villain.

Out of those who bailed on their tasks, Miriam is the one that makes the sense to do that since a 30 minute penalty is faster than baking a cheesecake for hours

Even though Fiore's the villain this season (or one of them), I do like that she looks genuinely fearful and concerned for Ashley when they're outside of the fiery cabin.
Nah, she’s probably just pretending. Fiore definitely isn’t the type to feel genuinely concerned over Ashley.

I glad that Dan is staying longer, but unfortunately, his team’s first elimination, and with how the vote went, is a setup for both Tom and Grett to easily target him should his team (unless he can get to the other team) lose another challenge
I like him a lot, it was heart breaking that he voted for Gabby though, I really hope they patch that up in the next episode because I really liked them being friends

I like yul and Gretts manerisms and designs about equal and I can't wait for them to meet in all stars and either hate or love each other (probably both) .but over all even In total drama I haven't seen a character actually on season 1 Heather's level as far as manipulation, attitude and down right nastiness and I love her for it . She's mean but not so mean everyone knows and is gunning for her and she's actually smart ,good at cheating without drawing suspicion , and can be a team player as long as it serves her . She does just the right amount of wrong . Heather , Alejandro, yul and Julia were all either bad at hiding or did the most

pre-episode predictions: so, I think the challenge is goanna be a maze of dares, which means that the teams must get out of the maze as quickly as possible because at random points they can do a dare, Drew may be using his hands to show walking because Tom toke his notebook because Drew saw what he did off screen last episode, I also think this is the episode where Drew has his first line, leaving me to think Dan or drew will be eliminated this episode

Episode review: now out of the three episodes so far, this is my least favorite, but it has the second-best challenge so far, two things I forgot to mention last episode were that Alec reminds me of emperor Belos, he's also the bets character, and I like the circles at 0:30, also that face at 10:02 is amazing. I like how Lill is suspicious of Fiore like in the OG I think, I'm also Suprise Dan hasn't gone home yet, plus Gabby spending time with Ellie is great, best moments of the season so far, also tom on his Waki Taki near the end I think he may be working with the CIA or whatever the Candain version of the FBI is, plus what does this mean at 19:27. I also like that Drew is using sighs to support the patrons after the credits
thoughts on the eliminated contestant: I didn't get a chance to talk about Will, I just say he's my least favorite character in the show since he's just Dj but different, but onto the man drew, I see a lot of people that like him, he's my 4th favorite, I was hoping he would make merge, but at least Drew isn't first boot, I also thought he would be eliminated after Dan, but I guess wrong.

I actually predicted Drew would get out. Him writing on his notebook about Tom, made me think of Grett doing the same strat from the old season where she told Tom one of the boys knows his secret. The part where Drew couldnt find his notebook really backed up it up so im a bit worried...

With how James and Aiden ate up all of the screentime last season? No
Well after James and Aiden last season with the screen time they Hogged, I want less of Tom and Jake, and more Gabby and Ellie.
And yeah, I was rooting for Will and Ashley, but Will left sooooo

With how little they’ve interacted it doesn’t even feel like a proper romance yet
What I think about each character:
Gabby: I think her character is extremely funny with how she talks to more "evil" self and everyone being weirded out. I REALLY hope she and Ellie at the merge team up and use the idol to vote out Grett because I think it would work flawlessly in the story, from what we've seen so far.
Ellie: She is a bit boring so far, probably because the character she interacts with the most is on the opposite team, but I would love to have her and Alec team up for the rest of the premerge and try to spark more chaos in the rest of the team so that they're just ignored.
Grett: She's definitely the character you're supposed to hate, but I would like a bit of backstory with her. Nonetheless, I do like her alliance with Tom and I would like to see her use it against him multiple times until he's had enough, possibly getting voted out in the process, or get her out.
Alec: I would like more interactions with him in the team, especially since he kind of got started with Ellie and Fiore in episode 1 and 2. I also would like to see his intelligence shine through with strategy, because in challenges, he's just kind of there.
Ashley: I don't really see her making it much further, mostly because her story seems pretty simple. She seems like another victim of Fiore, similar to Will.
Fiore: I like the idea of a little girl being one of the main villains and using her assumed innocence as a weapon. It's very unique. I just hope it doesn't get too drawn out, because if people keep on saying "don't trust Fiore", and people still don't listen, it's gonna make everyone else look really stupid. 1st time is random, 2nd time is coincidence, 3rd time is pattern.
Nick: I absolutely love the way he talks. His stereotypical British speak is too funny. I don't really have anything else to say about him as he doesn't have much yet, but he's so funny, I don't know if I really care.
Lill: I wonder if she's gonna be like Lill from Survivor: Pearl Islands? Especially since they're both scout leaders and they even look similar. That would be a funny parody, but she does seem pretty different from her so I suppose not. I do like the idea of using honesty to make it far as she's someone to trust and kind, so why would anyone want to get rid of her?
Dan: I'm honestly surprised that he's way more developed this time than in Beta Season 1. I wonder if we can get a failed strategist out of him. I.E. someone who tries to use strategy, but it never works because someone on his side is a bit too paranoid (Tom). And I'm very interested with his dynamic with Gabby, considering how they seemed to have begun a friendship, and now he tried to vote her off, reluctantly I might add.
Tom: I like him. He's definitely mysterious and we definitely aren't supposed to know what he's up to, but I would like to know more about him other than what he's trying to do on the show currently. Like, maybe he empathizes with Jake on something or he realizes that he cares more about Jake than doing his assigned task. Maybe he decides to actually try to win. There's so many possibilities, and I know many people love his dynamic with Jake, as do I, but I hope he can get some more with other characters, especially with people like Grett and Dan.
Jake: While he does feel a bit generic so far, I do like learning more about his backstory and his grandparents, but I'd also like to get more into his interests because I don't really know who he is as a person very much. I just know he definitely is feeling something with Tom and that he's having a hard time with his grandparents' demise. Otherwise, he's been okay so far.
Will: Yeah... I kinda got a feeling that he was gonna be the first boot. His gimmick felt very forced and I got the feeling that he wasn't going to grow from it in time. Though throughout the 2 episodes he was in, he was VERY funny.
Drew: I'm honestly surprised the general consensus is that people LOVED Drew, considering that B and Beardo, who are both (mostly) mute, weren't really liked very much in Total Drama. I think the reason people did like Drew was because of the sound effects that played with him, the fact that he could communicate with a notebook and that he had a sense of humor with "Nice" and "Yay! :D". I really wish we could've gotten a backstory with him, like why did he come on the show? Why is he mute, or was he born like that? If he was mute for a personal reason, would he grow from it and actually talk again? Could he use his observations and notebook to get down with strategy? But instead, I feel we kind of got a generic early boot as Grett, somehow, got a hold of his notebook, even though we never saw it or got a line from Grett hinting that she would do it, especially since she didn't have a reason to until the elimination.

Since drew doesn't have a voice actor I see absolutely no issue into bringing him back into the game, I'm here with many, many people. Mostly everyone wanted drew to win or at least get far. Drew was the sweetest, kindest, nicest, and best character in the whole show. Drews elimination absolutely crushed my soul and many others and drew didn't deserve to be eliminated so early. So, all I ask is drew to be brought back into the show since he was the greatest character.

Also, how Tom could believe Grett? Drew's handwriting, obviously, is different from Grett's handwriting. And even if she tries to copy it, it would be DIFFERENT STILL.
Remember not to get mad at the writers, voting out your favourite character is part of the story and it is their vision for the show
besides everyone in this show has their stans, no matter what someone will get upset so just enjoy the ride and your favourite character while they are still here 💜
Yes! I am thoroughly enjoying this season, and I think the writers are doing very well. I loved Drew, but I see why he's gone, and the writing behind it was amazing.
Writing wise, the main issue with Drew’s elimination the means of Grett manipulating Tom (like stealing his notebook and forging notes) to oust him was screwed up beyond context. Unlike B from Total Drama (where B tends to be silent more by choice/aura/shyness), it is clear that Drew is silent because he can’t speak. So, that can be seen as too cruel.
One way they could have justified Drew’s elimination, without Grett going there, would be Drew breaking a promise to Tom to not mentioned the night before and even lying to Tom about it:
While looking for his pencil, a flashback goes to show Drew following Tom, but Tom catches him. Spooked, Drew drops his pencil and notebook, and Tom tries to grab Drew’s notebook to check his notes. Drew begs Tom back for the notebook, and after showing his page are blank, Tom gives back the notebook. Then, Tom breaks silence by getting Drew to promise not to write down and repeat this encounter to anyone. After Drew nods in agreement, Tom asks Drew to head back to camp, and Drew is confused why Tom isn’t heading back himself. Tom decide to “fess up” by saying he is looking for the immunity totem without prying eyes. Tom promises Drew, in return for keeping silence, that he would disclosed to Drew if found it. Drew return to camp and forgets about his pencil til the next morning.
After Tom takes the penalty, Drew and Gabby have that conservation, with Grett overhearing. Via confessional, Grett is glad at their conversation since she could use that to her advantage instead of messing with Drew’s notes (She stole his notebook and pencil during his task but admits that would take it a little too far). After Dan’s bro code chat, Tom checks in with Drew about their promise, which Drew lies to Tom. Upon return, Grett return Drew’s empty notebook. During her chat with Tom, she then exposes Drew, and Tom mentioned to Grett that lied to him after promising he wouldn’t say anything. Those are the words Grett needs to hear to setup Tom to seal Drew’s fate.

My biggest fear would probably be making choices. Derek and Trevor took some objects that are very precious to me and I would have to choose between which one I would save. I would take the challenge to get one of my belongings back, but I would still be distraught over losing the other. Overall after watching 3 episodes of Disventure Camp Season 1, I think you guys are doing a great job and I can’t wait to see the rest of the season. 😰😢⚖️

I was interested in the episode, Gabby meets with Ellie, Lill suspecting Fiore and Nick doesn't care, Dan keeping a secret from Gabby, Drew can't find his notebook, challenge to overcome his fear, some things that the participants hide, Tom keeping a big secret, Grett blaming Drew, and since he left without saying a word, I see how long he will wait!
I love how there is so much importance on strategy and alliances in this show. It makes the eliminations and character interactions much more interesting imo
This was awesome, interesting challenge, character interactions had me guessing left and right, then that elimination had me sweating!! Keep it up Odd Nation! See ya next episode.

I really enjoyed episode 3 of Truth or Dare!! I'm so impressed that Ashley who survived being in a burning cabin overcame her own fears being in flames and I think she is the best of all my heart and I hope as far as possible to get the finals for that I keep my fingers crossed!!!!😍👏💗🔥 I also wanted to add that I liked this Drew very much, he is an interesting and nicely character, I was hoping he would be safe and stay in the next episode but unfortunately I was wrong!!! 😞😢💔📝

i felt so much for drew, i really hoped he would go much further in the season
it's so good we know more about the past of the participants, and overcoming,tom and jake makes me so happy,Gabby being more independent, Ashley wanting to keep an alliance, jake's past being so relatable, i want more!!!!
The main thing that confuses me with the episode was how the challenge was apparently close, as the winning team has only had 1 person bail while the losing had 3. I wish the challenge would either:
- highlighted being a blowout but modify (like an additional penalty for those that bail) to give a reason for the losing team to still go through it
- have two people on the winning team (and there were 2 easy ones for this) take the penalty to allow the trailing team to catch up.
-have all but the last person on the losing team to go through their dares (with Miriam’s task being something that doesn’t take hours to do, enabling them to catch up or slightly take the lead

Okay I feel like this episode was a callback to Phobia Factor in TDI and I like how some of the fears were silly and while some were personal and relatable like sharks, fire, and spiders.
But man! I'm mad that Drew got booted out early because I feel like he's one of those characters who would have hidden potential. But I have a feeling that Fiore is going to try to get Lill booted out next since she knows that Lill is catching wind of her behavior.

Was kinda hoping this was gonna be a non elimination challenge. I am actually hoping he either comes back midway or as an intern like Oliver. It's sad cause i maybe thought Drew was gonna be a silent antagonist of this season or at least speak before he was eliminated. I had Alec going home in this episode if anybody cause of Fiore's secret he kept from the team
I would have had this challenge have a non elimination condition if all campers accepted and completed their tasks. That wasn’t going to happen for Tom alone

Truthfully if i was on that team Tom woulda been my vote yeah he's a leader and good at challenges but this mofo let them down big time and i would see Tom as a Merge threat. @@EricSPLSonicFan1 I don't think you know why Tom can't take it off. If the plot from the original is anything to go by, its a very serious reason that has longer lasting implications then anyone else facing their fears.

OK, on the whole it was to be expected that Drew would only be material for an early elimination. Still, the lack of the ability to talk leaves a very meager set of variations for interactions with other characters. However, still very upset by his departure. In the last version of this season, I didn't have a favorite, none of the characters particularly liked. Here, I liked just the same newcomer Drew and, suddenly, Dan, who did not leave the show first, and who, unfortunately, with a high degree of probability will also leave very soon, judging by which storylines begin to line up and which characters come to the fore. From the first seconds, Drew radiated vibes of a nice guy, a notebook for communication added his zest to him. I hoped that the plot from the end of the second episode, where he noticed Tom's strange behavior and began to keep notes about it, would not be immediately cut off and kept at least a few more episodes. But alas, the authors turned out to have plans for the fate of the characters that were different from my expectations.
