One of the 4 leaderships from geese that we can learn, is that when we share a common goal in a common direction, we can get there much further if we do it together. Leaders understand and take support from the flock.
It goes the same to the other side: leaders take care of their people. If you take care of your people, they would take care of you.
Leaders do not only know the way, but they show you the way.
