Papa Legba is often depicted as an old man or a trickster figure, symbolizing the crossroads and the gatekeeper to the spirit realm. He is typically associated with the image of a man at a crossroads, carrying a staff and often smoking a pipe. Devotees believe that he must be honored and invoked at the beginning of any spiritual ceremony to open the doors to the spirit world and allow communication with other spirits or deities.
In Vodou, Papa Legba is considered to be the first and most important spirit to be invoked, as he is the guardian of the gates and the one who grants or denies access to other spirits. Offerings to Papa Legba usually include tobacco, rum, and other items that are pleasing to him. It is believed that he can be both a wise and mischievous figure, so he must be approached with respect and humility.

@@joebenzz corporeal, if at all, I don’t know id describe it. I guess it’s like when you try to remember a fone number or address so you’d might close your eyes or look away, then you sort of see it but like if you were looking at the actual fone numbers on a piece of paper.
@joebenzz Honestly, I think I misunderstood what you meant. I thought you were talking about the person who makes this calming music and saying that the music shows up in your CZcams feed right when you need it. That's been my experience, though. Sorry about misreading your comment. However, I do see forms of spirits in shadows and sometimes in reflections. It's not scary, though. Even though I don't understand why they're around, I find it really comforting. I hope you are well!
