    Really like the color, it will catch fish. Might be a good largemouth color. Thanks for sharing!

    Definitely a cool color. I thank it will catch fish. I like that mold too. You can do alot with that type of worm.

      Color turned out cool for sure. It’s a great mold. I think there’s also a lot of opportunities without the salt in the worm too. Neko rigs etc.

    Expecting to hear some house music bumping in the background with that lighting 🤣. Looks really cool though

      Lol. Just trying to do something different. A lot of talking head style videos outside the fishing industry have lighting like that, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

    Senko mold would definitely be a mold I would get. That color looks sick

    • @MattLunaFishing
      @MattLunaFishing  Před 3 lety +1

      The one problem with getting a senko mold, is that its probably the hardest one to actually replicate the action of. A lot boils down to sink rate, softness, a lot subtle stuff.

      @@MattLunaFishing yup very true. But you can definitely make some with a slow sink to fast sink.

    • @MattLunaFishing

    Chartreuse spike it on the tail. I could catch bass with that blue colored worm. Not easy to color match. Really cool blue.

    I have a sand cast mold and I recycle old sencos mine dont seem to have that great of a detail the ridges aren't very sharp if thats the right word wonder if the inc mold is better

    • @MattLunaFishing
      @MattLunaFishing  Před 11 měsíci

      The cnc will make things more sharp. They are a lot more expensive. I honestly don’t think one is better than the other, unless the looks matter to you. I think the fish will eat them either way.

    Have you ever thought of using a presto pot It does work very good when you are cooking the Plastisol Is and with the presto pot You can set it at the temperature you want and it will keep it there for a long time I've been using it for about 2 years Making soft plastic bait

    • @MattLunaFishing
      @MattLunaFishing  Před rokem +1

      I’ve thought about getting one, but i haven’t yet. I don’t know that I pour enough at one time to really need one. I’m super close to buying one tho

    • @coreyarendt7289
      @coreyarendt7289 Před rokem +1

      @Matt Luna fishing You can set the temperature to where you need it At and heat from the bottom But it is worth it to buy one It is better than a microwave It can go from 200゚ all the way up to 400゚ And if you have any bubbles in the Plastisol It will get rid of all the bubbles True facts

    • @MattLunaFishing
      @MattLunaFishing  Před rokem +1

      I’ve heard good things about them! I just don’t want to waste plastisol if i end up not using everything i put in there. I know i can remelt it. I should probably just buy one! Lol

    • @coreyarendt7289
      @coreyarendt7289 Před rokem +1

      @ Matt Luna fishing Yes you can use it for Remelt Just make sure you add fresh Plastisol In the remelt You can put 3 cups of Plastisol In the prestal pot And you won't be wasting that much It depends on how big of a Bach you are trying to make I hope this answers your question

    • @MattLunaFishing
      @MattLunaFishing  Před rokem

    Can you just use any salt to salt the plastic and not like a specific salt brand/plastic brand?

    • @MattLunaFishing
      @MattLunaFishing  Před rokem +1

      I think main thing with salt is popcorn salt.

      @@MattLunaFishing my 12 and 15 year just starting making their own soft plastics. What is the purpose of put the salt in the plastisol? And how do you eliminate air bubbles in the senkos when injecting?

    • @MattLunaFishing
      @MattLunaFishing  Před rokem

      Salt makes the bait sink and makes the baits softer. Air bubbles usually come from moisture in the plastisol. Most of the time air bubbles will come out when you heat the plastic
