Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Pizza. This home made Pizza is a dish of Italian origin consisting of a flattened disk of bread dough topped with some combination of olive oil, oregano, tomato, olives, mozzarella or other cheese, and many other ingredients, baked quickly-usually, in a commercial setting, using a wood-fired oven heated to a very high temperature-and served hot. In this video I have tried to show how to make pizza with and with out oven.
Watch the video til end and follow the instructions. You will be delighted to see the result. Try this recipe at home and enjoy with family and friends. Don`t forget to give us your feedback.
Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For the dough:
Water 275 ml
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 15 gram (fresh)
Olive oil
Flour 500 gm
For the tomato sauce:
1 tbsp cooking oil
5-6 tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
basil leaves
Toppings:
Mushrooms
Olive
Egg Plant
Squash
Bell Pepper
Chicken
Mozzarella
Emmental
