    I think until and unless Indian education system teaches the real history, these concepts are always sidelined?
    this needs to be changed.

    I actually do that just instead of kettlebell i use a 10kg plate in gym. Learnt it from Ankit bhai on one of his old videos, he pointed that it helps in training the rotatory cuffs.
    If i had my own barbell set i might have had made something like a gada by fixing a plate to only one side of a barbell(those barbells that have bolts to fix the plate).😂
    Maybe you can try and show something like that.

      Well he is not much focused aesthetic body, his content is mostly about martial arts, stamina, strength and some bhartiya exercises. You can refer to others for aesthetics.
