I did that once, took ages, looked amazing, and then all my spices went bad early from all the opening and exposure. 😂

Eitan: Yes
I would sometimes poach the eggs in water and toast the bread in the oven to reduced the oil.

I recommend to add salt and pepper on the avocado with the lemon juice. For the eggs put salt and pepper while cooking.

i didnt have any black peper or salt because I'm always traveling black and forth so i did it with adobo and it was so good!

Keep up the good work. You have great communication skills and your cooking skills will improve with time. One thing I would recommend in the future is brushing the bread evenly with the oil or butter so you can get it crisped up with less oil. Your plating looks really nice too. Great work

Juan Silva.....I myself have butchered a huge loaf of bread like that. It's a combination of super crusty bread, a not-so-sharp or incorrect knife and wrist and arm weakness. I no longer buy those massive boules.

Okay, I'm in. Thanks man. Gonna do it exactly like you, sans the fancy bread.
With those types of bread, the easiest way to cut them without making it squished etc is actually turn it upside down and start cutting from the crust. This way the hardness will make it easier to cut producing equal and precise bread slices
Or you could just keep your chef knive sharp and you won't have that problem at all.
