Ingredients :
7 cups all-purpose, plain or cake flour + 1/2 cup to use, a tablespoon at a time, if the dough is too sticky,
7 heaped tablespoons white sugar,
7g instant yeast,
3/4 tablespoon salt,
1 cup cremora (full cream powdered milk),
2 & 1/2 cups warm water (or 3 cups warm milk),
2 extra large eggs,
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine,
1/4 cup cooking oil
Optional : 1/4 cup castor sugar
Cooking oil, preferably coconut oil, for frying.
