    12 foam poster boards (dollar tree)
    White Gorilla tape
    Glue gun and glue sticks

      If you want them to stand on their own I would recommend adding some type of stand to the back of each number using any extra foam board! The lights tend to weigh the numbers down since they are so lightweight

      Kelli Helm When it came to the lights I pretty much just guesstimated! The lights I used were 20 count so I just tried to fit all 20 spread out somewhat evenly around the whole number. Its okay if you don’t want to use every bulb, you can also just measure a certain length from each bulb to the next. It really depends on your preference on how close you want the bulbs to be to one another. I hope this helps!
