How to: Large 4 ft Marquee Numbers with LED Lights | Cheap, Easy DIY Dollar Tree Tutorial 2022

Foam numbers can be expensive but they can make a huge difference in your decor. If you want to add some cool lighted numbers to your party for under $15 each (before Dollar Tree went up 0.25), watch this tutorial to find out just how.
Need: Foam numbers (4-5 each number - I used 9 total for both numbers), Template (or freehand), Exacto knife/Box cutter, E6000 glue, Hot glue gun, Ruler, LED Lights (or string lights if preferred), Balloons (optional)
