- Very impressed with this Stubby. Rock solid construction backed up with a lifetime guarantee. Hard to get and costs a little more than the Vera and Wiha depending on the deals but feels like a precision device. 9 out of 10.

If they are out of stock send Mark an email and tell him Trailtrek sent you. He is very reliable. I will keep using it and get back with any issues I find.
That PB Swiss stubby is so nice. Very grippy and comfortable. The Wera is noticeably wider. Not uncomfortable, but I prefer the PB Swiss. Wiha also makes a regular stubby which has regular bits, and it is the same size as the PB Swiss. Quite good too. Great video, mate. Thanks.
I agree with you, Wera is wider but ok, Wiha is nice but the PB Swiss grip is just perfect.
Appreciate the waffling on about your stubby… besides that I just checked Amazon here in the USA and it seems they have a lot of PB Swiss tools there fyi. Looks like I’ll have one of these in a couple days. Thanks!
Excellent, well since this review I've used the flathead to move 2 lights switches and I used the Philips 1 head on 2 screws on a door frame part. so far still love it, I love the grip and the whole things feels well made and thought out.
Let me know what you think of the one you get as I highly prize real users feedback it helps anyone reading hear the good and bad from different people. Although i usually look for Knippex, Felo, Wera and Wiha I'm loving this swiss stuff.
Beautiful, quality tools. Love PB Swiss 🇨🇭
I can see why, this is my first and I will get more they just do a good job and feel nice to use. I love my German tools but these PB Swiss are super high quality. I'm after a set of their precision next after I got some truly terrible Stanley ones.
Pb Swiss…. I’ve owned something of theirs before, but can’t recall what it was. These look pretty cool, I’ll have to check them out. That’s awesome that they’re Swiss made. I have a set of precision wiha screwdrivers that are German made and another set that’s made in Japan. Both are light years ahead of Chinese made ones.
I massively agree with you on the precision ones. I got some Stanley ones recently thinking at least I have heard of the brand. However they were pretty horrific. One of them the pop cap on the top was wonky so I had to take it off and take out mold release lines with a reamer tool to fix then the actual heads were just not good, I know they were not big money but for goodness sake a screwdriver can be this hard to make a half decent one. I use Wiha at work and love them id say for me so far the PB swiss feels like a Wiha with better grip and even tighter fitting heads (ever so slightly). But im not knocking the Wiha they are extremely good as well.
@@TrailTrek wow, that’s not good. You should never have to work on tools that are brand new!
Straight out the box a precision one the cap was tilted and failing to rotate. And once that was fixed I see that the black coating isn't some oxide or laser type it almost looked like thin truck bed liner spray or something. Just a big head scratching experience.
thanks for the review, i'm gonna be getting the ratcheting version of this
oh nice! Can you let me know what its like for size? like getting it in and out of a pockets. I just got the full size ratchet one and it looks so nice so I expect the stubby to also be extremely good as well. I hope you enjoy it mate im getting addicted to the PB swiss stuff and just grabbed a load of their quarter inch driver bits recently and those are also very nice to use.
Amazon Japan has many more PB Swiss stuff than Amazon US. Fast shipping with DHL. Very pleased with them.
Didn't know that I'll go look now cheers.
@TrailTrek For me in Australia, it took five days. I ordered Saturday afternoon, and received the package Wednesday morning. There should be two shipping options. One is regular. The other is DHL. I went with the DHL which is more expensive but worth it. I found about it from bzeug, another yt channel.
Quality tools. Much appreciated for the info provided. 👍
Cheers, been using it a bit more in the house i tool off and reinstalled a few wall switches with zero issue and used it on part of the latch whole of a door frame. each time smooth and a pleasure to use. I love it when a tool just does its job each time. I get the same feeling with things like Rab clothing, Knippex pliers and Salomon sneakers. I wanted to get the larger bit holder screwdriver ones but they have a hard plastic outer and non the swiss grip so that puts me off slightly.

What do you think? worth getting for testing?
What happened to my comment ? I was trying to help.
Hang on I'll see if the stupid CZcams filter has blocked it.
@@TrailTrek Thanks mate. It could have been the link :(
Nothing in the held for review or blocked section? Sorry CZcams must have just decided to get rid of it. Try again I don't delete comments.
@@ianmaw66 ah ok yes, I mean I do allow links in comments but sometimes CZcams goes silly. Try posting it but putting a space in there to break the link a bit then we can see what the link is but CZcams won't cry 😊👍
@@TrailTrek This is getting silly. Bloody stupid CZcams. Just do a search for the company name and "UK" and you should find the distributor I use.
