Topson pick is a thinline between creativity and stupidity

Most successful teams had either non pro/barely played pro coach (GG, Liquid, Spirit) or super smart ex-pro (OG TI, Falcons, etc).
Tundra need a real coach who can manage the ego and fantasy picks of some of his players. Until then they wont win an event

Game 2 is on Pure, his Taiga waveform were too obvious. Odd from him when he is usually super consistent but that game, he went full RTZ with how bad he was throwing the game.

Now than ever before we can see how great the OG of 2018-19 era was. Jerax, Ceb, and Notail were able to cover up the imperfections that Ana and Topson had in their game and playstyle, and make them shine. The problem with Tundra taking Topson is that they don't have the same caliber supports to back Topson's occasional throws. Sure, Whitemon and 9class are good, but they can't always see Topson's enabling factor and timing.
Current dota fans can bash Topson all they want. But there is almost nobody who can come up with pesky, risky, weird, but effective plays and builds. Yall already forgot diffusal on Gyro which won them the finals against Liquid golden squad with Kuroky and Miracle

I really don’t know why people are blaming Topson. Picking Void with Time Zone was tactic to keep enemies in Wukong. His Snapfire on 2nd game was good. Pure throw in the end, and lets speak about his BkB, when he bought that. And his Morphling had bad itemization in my opinion(nevermind). Also 9class NyX very low and his Bara also not so good. Wp Falcons, Tundra, gl next tournament.

Pure with dat waveform man, his mechanic skill is rlly superb, but sometime his ego ruin the game, like that morph waveform, too greedy, and this is pro league, not an average pub game, one mistake can cost u the game.
I can see the logic for Time Zone void but the skill needs to have a lower cooldown. Having the same cooldown as Chrono but not the impact just makes the skill bad.

Because Topson use cheesy pick means he using pick that benefit to late game. so in early and middle its hard for Tundra win big, Void and Snafire. While the other is Falcon they are have synergy and they pick better mid heroes that can do Early - Mid Push and still usable at late game with his skill. like Pango and DK which better at gank and everything.

i don't think topson is in any position to be blame teammates after that zero impact faceless void (least damage, lowest kill participation) and then going 2-5 in g2 after winning his lane. topson fanboys are always ready to call him a genius when his unconventional ideas and hyper-aggression work, but when it falls flat it's always someone else's fault. you've gotta learn to take the good with the bad with topson, his approach to the game is high-risk, high-reward and when that risk doesn't pay off it's not his teammates you should be criticizing.
Topson is just a free advertisement for the tundra org.
Tundra makes mistakes but what amazes me more is the ability of falcons to punish tundra everytime tundra make mistakes and you can see a lot of outplays by falcons.
Pure's death cost game 2 but his team wasn't playing around him in the first place.
Weights are overloaded on pure's shoulder on game 2 and none of tundra player buying nullifier is that cost them the game in my opinion. There's dozens of force staff saves that turn the tides and nullifier would've prevent those.

Crit's rotation is always on point, with that they got the early advantage
You would think that in game 2 you won the late game draft with Morph who is good against Gyro at all stages and also core Snapfire(especially against phoenix) but then you remember that you have a pos 4 spirit breaker, chen and dark seer versus a centaur, hoodwink and phoenix who all scale better. Besides they also suck versus Gyro and DK. Tundra were the ones actually on a timer and failed to get things done despite having (arguably) better scaling pos 1 and 2. Rapier satanic snap would have been their win condition that never came to pass.

Game 2 after Spirit breaker died on toplane tier 1, then Pure stayed there confidently. As the result he died and don't have buyback. Well said nice try Tundra, comeback stronger 💪
Time for Pure to switch to Off-lane. I miss the old Pure Axe! From my personal perspective base on his playstyle. It's better for him to play Pos 3 which he usually dominates especially on laning stages of the game.

I'm not convinced that the players couldn't hear the commentary on the loudspeakers (through their headphones) to know that Pure didn't have BB on that last kill. There's no soundproof booth here right? Or is the commentary not played out loud for the audience?
Normally every player have to wear 2 devices: one for noise cancelling, one for PC sound, so hearing commentators is not easy.

Yeah two tanky heroes and hard to kill support like Phoenix or Weaver. Liquid or GG needs to teach them Gay picks won't make the game win every time. And, before TI, Valve should nerf all tanky heroes or nerf Malrine and ATF heroes like TI11.
I've been following topson for so many years and i think his best hero is MK , Morph , Ember and Pango. His skills are on different level when playing these heroes.
