I'd never have thought to start off with so many staff in a game like this. You definitely made it work though. First time in these parts, looking good.
Yep it's nice because you can make games so quick. It is risky though, especially on harder difficulties

Yep I can't wait to get QA in place to squash those bugs. And yep, those rooms did not need to be anywhere near that big!

I like decorating the rooms, but when I was learning the game I definitely let the game do it to get an idea of what it thinks the ratio's are.

If you are using your main character to program the games its best to start as a programmer game deve is better in the QA team. I am super excited to see this playthrough.

Does subsidiaries with 5 stars make better games than one with 4 stars?
I don't think so. Stars for subsidiaries only affect their publishing capabilities as far as I know.
Oh, and don't forget that Paid Add Ons can also boost your experience in Features. It's not as likely per Feature as a full game, but if it's stars you want, those can get you there quicker than a full game.
This is ignoring that expansion packs didn't really exist at this time (really big DLCs for you kiddies out there). ;P
