Thank you for sharing the list. I’m going to add kale to my list.
Thank you
What about celery?
Thank you
Thank you very much.
This is an amazing video, you explained and broke down everything into place (how to grow, fertilize, harvest, vitamins it contained and what’s good to your health for). Thank you and looking forward to your next video.
🥰
I appreciate that you mention the vitamins each of these vegetables contain. Also enjoy the relaxed, even pace. Your calmness is contagious. I am doing more gardening this year in light of the unstable political environment and threat to food security.
Thanks!
Thanks for your feedback! Happy Gardening!
there are some vegetables you can actually grow indoors.
Nice list. I'd add on collard greens, kale, mustard greens, & turnip greens. I use the method that he used to harvest them. Pick some leaves off but leave the plant with some leaves intact. You can easily double your output.
I wish I like those plants that you mentioned, but I can't figure out how to make them taste good to me. It'd be so much easier for me to be healthy if I liked most edible vegetation.
Thank you for sharing this. I would rather grow in the fall when I don’t have to fight off so many bugs and the temperature is cooler.
Mostly home made compost and worm castings, every 2 to 3 months, it helps build soil quality!
I really enjoyed your video. Thank you so much for taking the time to be so thorough and including the vitamin benefits and ways to cook some of the vegetables.
WOW! I loved your video! I grew up in Alabama as a child and we had a garden as long as I could remember. Now I live in Louisiana and can’t garden because of snakes! I would love to have a garden but I don’t want to get bitten by a snake. Your video reminds me of my childhood, which brings back lots of good memories!!
Hi. I was told that Peppermint plants deter rats and snakes; very invasive but good ground cover. I had no snake problems and no rats.I also had 2 cats who are natural enemies to snakes. So are owls. But my owls did not stay. Until the neighbor dogs came and rolled around in it destroying all. This year I got gifts from the neighbors too..a lot of rats. And snakes. I chased away with water hose spraying them from a good distance. Now it is getting colder here in the desert, and snakes will go into hibernation. Thank the creator. I still have a lot of rats..caught..52 with life trap ..in my house. They eat everything except for metal, glass, ceramic and stone. Talk to local folks in Louisiana how to deal with snakes. Share the knowledge. We all need to learn from one another. AND never give up growing your food!

Love the GreenStalk planters. I have beets planted and use every part of the plant. Carrots, lots of herbs, fingerlings. Grew beautiful cucumbers on the rail. I only have a balcony limiting what I can grow.
Awesome!
I have oxalate poisoning from drinking superfood smoothies, could barely walk, I am recovering eating the carnivore Ketovore way. Sally K Norton’s book Toxic Superfoods is very helpful. Now I know why I have blood spots and white spots on my forearms, oxalate poisoning, I thought it was just old lady stuff at 65. 😂 Since the 1930’s they have known children should never eat spinach, it chelates and binds calcium and damages the brain. In the 1950’s came the Popeye generation. Enjoy your own research. Love hugs and blessings.
yes, I do agree!
love your videos.. !!
