Hello hello! I furniture flipped my dream dining table and I'm SO EXCITED to share it with you! Are you ready to see my new diy dining table makeover?!?! I originally bought this wood dining table from Facebook Marketplace and transformed it into the literally diy dining table of my dreams! I did a faux marble table top using epoxy resin and then made the base super textured with wooden accents. I had a serious adventure trying to find affordable wooden half round dowels / trim but alas I found it at a lumber yard! This diy table is technically a diy fluted dining table, which is a massive trend for 2021! The shape, texture and style turned out so amazing - I hope you like this dining table makeover!

I want to see it with the door open! That was SUCH a cool feature!
Love this flip! But just a tip, when cutting wood on a miter saw that you want to be the same size, you can put your miter saw near a wall which would be the same length of the wood you want, that way you dont have to measure each cut with the first wood. You can just put your dowel against the wall cut away. I hope that makes sense. There are different ways you could do them. ☺️
Ah thanks so much! I'll try that next time 😉. I was a bit nervous because I only had the exact number of half round pieces and they needed to be exact lengths. I was wondering whether my saw would shift slightly and I'd end up with slight off sized pieces 👀... Things I worry about because I have no experience with miter saws 😜

Beautiful! I was mad for marble back when I had my design company in the '90s and faux marbled many pieces of furniture for clients. I didn't use the resin though - what a difference! Great work!
