So many things to apologise for with this one. Fine Team Failure form if you think about it. Apologies for the weak man grunts, they're a little over the top. Ok, a lot over the top. Apologies for the weird lightning strikes at the end (they're not lightning strikes, the camera's stuffed). And finally apologies for Malcolm's filming skills. I think he only discovered the zoom wheel half way into it. Just after he suggested I wasn't yet trying despite my cries of agony. But that's our Malcolm. Always ready to slap you down...
