It's out; it's called Sit n Spin. It might not be on streaming, but the vinyl is available. I pre-ordered it from Mexican Summer over a year and a half ago & got it in the mail after he got dropped from his label. I don't agree with the vast majority of his politics or public statements, but I'm not going to let his love for a politician I detest stand in the way of enjoying records I've already paid for.
