    You are dead on with the superior fit sleeves. I prefer the snug fit the Ultra-Pro 75-100 pt provide. I've tried the pro mold sleeves and I agree they are slightly too loose comparing the two. Thanks for the tip.

      I am glad I found these. They sure do beat a top loader for the expensive raw cards and I don’t have to worry about scratching them.

      75-100 Point for the Ultra Pro. They work perfect on these.

    Thank you for the review, I am considering getting these to transfer some cards that are in one-touch holders without a penny sleeve. It seems having cards in just a one-touch causes minimal peeling on the corners for non-chrome cards.

    The 130 points unfortunately dont fit nice. It just a coffin ya card swims left to right in. Super waste of purchase. Left to right the card just moves around. I put super thick RPA too. Even the 100 points the card go move in the one touch. Could damage edges.

      @@JoeyTheCollector tell you the truth im a noob. I actually watched your video and said “man let me try using the penny sleeve that comes with it” they have the space on sides that hold it in place. Now they work beautiful. I was meaning to come delete that comment and fix it hahaha.

    Who do you recommend to buy in bulk? I have around 1,000 numbered Ohtani Cards to put in Pro Mold. I figure you could get a better deal since you're advertising for them & through you & I could also plus the amount I'm getting. I would have to send you a message. But I don't know how you 2 worked besides looking at videos.

    So you can use random penny sleeves with the gen 1 pro mold? I think the gen 2 and 3 you have to use the penny sleeves that come with them in order for your card to fit right?

    Very nice video. Like Pro Mold also because they are American made. I got the older with the diamond corners. 35 pt and my normal cards still move around in holder? Any penny sleeves you use for them? I ruined a card I was going to get graded 🤦‍♂️ it messed up bottom of card. What would you do if normal card has movement in 35 pt. ?

    • @JoeyTheCollector
      @JoeyTheCollector  Před 2 lety +1

      If its a normal mag, most people just lay a penny sleeve over the top. I like these over doing that, great protection for the card.

  • @brooksarbogast8242
    @brooksarbogast8242 Před 2 lety

    Thanks for the awesome video! 2 quick questions:
    1. Do you think it's worth moving all of my cards in these to the 2nd gen, or just keep what I have and use 2nd gen moving forward?
    2. For superior fit sleeves have you tried ultra pro 35-55pt on the 'Pro mold 35pt with penny sleeve,' or is the ultra pro 75-100pt still better on those 35pt as well? Thanks a ton!!

    • @JoeyTheCollector
      @JoeyTheCollector  Před 2 lety +3

      I am using the new style moving forward and keeping what I have in the first gen cases, both are good choices. As for the superiorfit sleeves, I am still using the same ultra pro size on the 2nd gen and they fit great.

      2nd and 3rd gen Pro Molds with the Arrow Head corners are the best!... The ULTRA PRO black out borders are cool too but I've noticed the tabs usually have side to side play on most Ultra Pro hard cases, plus they aren't as clear, Scratch more easily, and magnets aren't as strong...
      Anyone have any suggestions on what to use for inner and outer sleeve in on thicker cards 55pt and above?... A 50 Micron 64mm X 90 for inner and a 100 micron for outer is prob all that can be pushed... Or A 50 micron and 150 micron (or 100 micron and 100 micron is definitely Max!) No way I can go with a 150 micron and a 100 micron, or 150 Micron and 150 micron, or 200 micron and 50 Micron or anything thicker...
      I prefer .5-1 micron each for double sleeving. Or using a 1-2 micron single non stick sealable flap sleeve like Ultimate Gaurd or Dragon Shield (but do they make a 64mmX90mm and a 65mmX90mm???) Instead of just the 63mmX88mm playing card size? Cause will be too tight...
      Also, if going with a 91mm, it is pushing it for height as my case pockets are 90.50 millimeter so I prefer 90mm. Also when I double sleeve the inner 90 millimeter sleeve will usually either be flush or about .25 millimeters sticking more past the outer sleeve and that works out GREAT for a 90.40-90.50mm case pocket. A 91mm outer sleeve will probably still be fine and work because the strength of the magnet will shut it with force. The sides are more prone to not shutting, they are more critical.
