Karakia Kai

I utilize a few different Karakia, these allow me to focus on what on what I am about to do or giving thanks to what has been done. This one is giving thanks for the food, I use these out in the field as well as home with the family. I will be sharing these Karakia over the next few weeks giving more insight on what i am about.
