The guns are actually meant to be glued. You pick one configuration u want and glue it in place. In the instruction manual it also had the " U need glue" in there.
Why you think they should've be glued
I've built a couple and own 4 of those figmas that come with these guns and while they can be assembled without glue they immediately fall apart the moment you put them in a figma's hand. the instructions also specify the need for glue.

This figure actually kinda reminds me of my sister xD she shoots rifles and shotguns that look wayyy too big for her! My mother always tease her about it haha

You should get the dollar tree final faction packs! They cost a buck and come with a bunch of weapons that fit 1:12 & even 1:9 figures

They're to scale with the legends figures. They're supposed to be grade school aged girls.
i think it scales good with punisher since she's just a schoolgirl, and that i think asian people are just shorter than westerners
