    I notice something odd...when any lightbar that offers this cruise mode or dimming feature, the L.E.D's seem to blink rapidly...🤔🤔🤔🤔

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 5 lety +2

      LED's don't truly steady-burn. They blink far, far faster then the human ocular system can process creating the perception of staying illuminated. The cameras shutter speed catches the flicker.

    I don't see this bar listed in the WeCan software just yet, I assume they haven't released it yet or does it just use the Justice layout to program the bar with it?
    Also, I can use regular 12v outputs to activate the bar like an old switch box or to get the programming function like flood and traffic advisor ect have to use a WeCan controller?

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 5 lety +1

      Are you using Whelen Command or WeCad? With the WCCP Module you can program outputs for flood mode(s) & you'll have a 2-wire TA function plus the other great stuff Whelen provides with WeCan :)

    • @zachlundy3504
      @zachlundy3504 Před 5 lety +1

      I'm using Whelen Command, where the drop down menu for design lightbar I don't see the Ceridian just yet; not released or follow off Justice setup?
      I'm looking forward to seeing this bar more and possibly getting a amber/white setup. After summiting the last comment I saw in the software it says ACM inputs so I'm assuming that is the WCCP? And is that a separate purchase or does each Whelen WeCan bar come with that module?

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 5 lety +1

      The Ceridian will be updating in the software within the next month or two; corresponding to when they start shipping. If ordering through us, the bar will include the WCCP module.

    • @zachlundy3504
      @zachlundy3504 Před 5 lety +1

      @@SIRENNET Sounds good! I tried to design it in their software but just said call factory with it, sorta figured that being so new. Hopefully the price listed on your site will be the WC DUO model.

    What’s the difference between the LIN6 and LIN6+ modules?

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 5 lety +1

      The LIN6+ corners use brighter diodes... rough example, say 3watt verse 4watt diodes. The Ceridian we discuss is setup with the standard LIN6 corners.

    Hey sirennet I was wondering if you can give me an opinion between the Ceridian and Liberty? And which one would you prefer?

    • @SIRENNET
      @SIRENNET  Před 5 lety +1

      Both are brilliant lightbars! Asking Chris- he leans toward the Liberty II. Reason- higher diode count in the corner modules, providing an increased output at 45 degrees. He mentioned a few other details between the two that can help with really fine tuning the vehicle based on the exact application. If your curious, please give us a call at (888) 959-0911. Thank you very much for watching :)
