Could you tell me the method in which the child is told to do 5 squats to see when he breathes through his mouth please?

The general rule of thumb is to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. So in squat one should inhale just before you begin to lower down, and exhale as you extend your legs back to the starting position so this is the normal scenario but in mouth breathers you will see they cannot do the inhaling part through nose and they will inhale with mouth open unlike normal case where mouth is closed during the inhaling part. I hope now you are cleared but still if you have any question do let me know
