Hello! I also have a CZcams channel (but it is in Spanish because I'm from Ecuador). One of my subscribers recommended me your channel, and I'm so greateful because I really like your videos; I'm also into natural living. Keep up the good work :D
Hola me gustaría ver más vídeos gracias
You can put the buckwheat into a large cloth..bring the ends of the cloth together and tie it with a thread..then wet the whole bundle with water and place it in a large vessel. U can keep this for a day or 2. It will sprout faster.
So happy to see someone showing a buckwheat granola instead of a regular oat base. Makes my gluten-free lifestyle so much easier! =3
YAY!!
Delicious recipe! I've recently started eating grains and pseudograins like buckwheat again, and have started sprouting this week, too. It's so much fun! I'm totally going to try this granola soon.
I know! Sprouting is so fun! It's like you are bringing the food to life :) I love seeing the little tails
Thanks. This is the best raw granola recipe I've even watched
What a cool recipe! Your channel is the best! As far as quality goes I have not seen better. You are definitely my favorite!!!!!
Making this tonight! Looks like a perfect healthy and delicious snack. Love all your videos :)
I made this and is fab!! Even the skeptical partner loved it, so... many thanks for sharing!
BEST GRANOLA EVER
Please make more videos! I love them and your wonderful energy!
So glad you used buckwheat, I bought some a couple of months ago and didn't know what to do with it until now. yay!! do you think you could do a video on how you got rid of your acne? love ya Sarah you look gorge as usual.
mine is ready and tastes delicious. thank you so much sarah
This is such a beautiful video. I don't know where to start. Your braid, outfit, bracelets, recipe… general joie de vivre…. thank you!!
I made this about a year and a half ago and loved it, I'm getting the ingredients today to make it again!!
holistichabits Could you please do a video talking about how and why you started this lifestyle? I love your videos and find your lifestyle very inspiring, so I would love to know more about it :)
what can you do if you don't have a dehydrator?
Use your oven... put it on the lowest heat temperature for a few hours. You'll need to check it from time to time. But the final texture outcome wont be exactly the same, but it's workable.
i love buckwheat, they look like tiny little hearts
This looks so nutritious and delicious. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks for this. I've been looking for ways to use the buckwheat as I'm new to this grain. I look forward to giving this a go. Thanks again.
Great recipe! Thanks for sharing!
Ojjjhhh!!that looks soo yummy!can't wait to try it! Thank you so much !
Could you please do a video at what to buy at the grocery store
I love how you give different options!Awsome video :) thank you
Thank you!! I always try to give as many options as possible :)
Yum, that looks delicious!!!
what if I don't have a dehydrator? I LOVE THIS! Can't wait to make it! This is GREAT!
Definitely MUST make this!!!
Amazing and healthy thanks this helps a lot I'm staying away from animal products and dairy and all processed foods this is just in time! And the funny thing is I ordered my dehydrator just a day ago and this Buckwheat granola will be an awesome cooking experience for a newbie man like me, thanks again!- Steve
Mmm this looks so yummy, I will definitely try it! Thanks for sharing
Yummm that looks so good! I've been wanting to try sprouting more, this would be a great recipe to try. I don't have a dehydrator, but I've been thinking of investing in one. Do you use it often, and what are your favorite things to make with it?
Oh, I love seeing you comment on videos :) Will you be uploading soon?
I would totally recommend a dehydrator!! It's worth it for kale chips alone haha. Kale chips, raw granolas, raw crackers etc.. are SO overpriced at the store. I can buy a little bag of kale chips at the store for $7 or make a WHOLE dehydrator full for the same price and put all the seasoning on I want :D Mine has DEFINITELY paid off!
holistichabits do you think I can do it in the oven? I dont have a dehydrator, but I really want to try this ^^
Line Broe Thanks for the advice. I am a new vegan and pretty new to cooking, so I need all the advice I can get! :)
looks very tasty :) also, could you do a more in depth video on why and how exactly to soak nuts, seeds and grains? really interested in that.
Definitely will do this!! Will make it top priority :)
I missed your videos! & this looks so amazing!
I don't have a Dehydrator, how many time should I let it in the oven? Or how do I know it's ready?
Paloma Spat A dehydrator removes the moisture from food so making this recipe in the oven will most likely not yield the same results. I suggest looking up vegan granola recipes that you can make in the oven! 😊
mmm...i luv granola!!
i would love to c a video on what you eat for breakfast becasue it doesn't seem like there are many options
That looks so good!! I wish I had a dehydrator.
You can try making it in the oven on the lowest temp! :)
Never mind I should have read your description box before commenting. ☺️
This looks amazing!!!! Just bought a bunch of buckwheat the other day so going to have to make a big batch of this soon when I get the chance ! :) will share as well
I also actually do a fast from grains approximately every two weeks as well, based on the lunar calendar... (mainly for spiritual reasons. :)) but buckwheat is one of the grains allowed on those days, so this is great. :) And funny to see this today, as it is one of those days!.. : )
Oh awesome!!! Have fun making it :)
Thanks : D

I'm going make this it looks so nice
Looks so good, can't wait to try this!!
Loved the video! Can't wait to try it!
You only need to soak buckwheat 15 to 30 mins, that's according to raw chef Russell James, and it worked for me, just soaking 30 mins.
Looks really yummy! Except I haven´t got a dehydrator...
More recipes like this please! :) LOVE YOUR VIDEOS
I love her videos too! :)
Thank you!!! More recipes for sure
This looks awesome!
It is! I hope you will get to try it sometime :)
This looks crazy good! I'll need to figure out an oven version, because I love me some granola!
That looks amazing! Thanks for sharing:)
Hey Sarah!
What dehydrator do you use? I am in the market for a new one!
looks so good! I am going to try!
Why did you add salt while sprouting sunflower seeds?
Looks delicious! Thanks for the video :)
You are welcome!!
Yummmmmm looks delicious
Beautiful!!
Why use a dehydrater? What are the advantages / disadvantages? What made you decide to get one? How much/ how often do you use yours? What type of recipes do you use it for? I would like to know more about it :D
Would it be terrible to pop the granola in an oven / microwave instead?
No worries, just been looking at the comments, and you told someone to put their oven on as low as it can go, and leave it for a few hours, so I shall do the same. Thank you! Also someone else said that you helped clear up her acne. I have had acne on my upper back, and arms practically all my life (4 decades plus), but everyone always comments on how beautiful the skin on my face is. What can I do about my back please? I have NO idea what's causing it, and I eat pretty clean. I love Summer, but every time it comes around I dread it, because I can't wear what I want to wear. I really hope you can help me with this. Thanks in advance anyway.
You are amazing Sarah ♥
Oh my this looks delicious! !
You should make a sprouting video! :)
If u don't have a dehydrator can u let it air dry overnight or longer?
Omg absolutely looks delicious! I will try this recipe! Now on search to find some organic buckwheat! Have been interested in trying it. And having an raw granola alternative! Thanks for sharing xoxox :D
Wow that's so cool
I made it and am eating it as I'm watching the vid again!!! it's magic food.....
That looks soooo delicious! I do not have a dehydrator though... Any suggestions how do prepare it in any other way?
this sounds so wonderful! i will definitely try this out. i LOVE your duck bowl/cup that held the date paste! where did you get it from??
Anthropologie in the clearance section!! It was originally like $36 i think and I got it for $12!! :D
This looks delicious!! I don't have a dehydrator, but I saw your reply to someone Elsa's comment that you can try dehydrating the granola in the oven on the lowest temperature. Would that work with berries too? Dried berries without added sugar are so hard to find where I live, so if I could dry the berries myself that'd be great!
what is we don't have a dehydrator ? Can we use a similar method with something else?
Too cute.
can you please do the soap nut video !!! thank you
I love your videos!! Can you do a question answer video??:)
Do you have a video just about sprouting and soaking? Since changing my diet this has been the one thing that has confused me just because I'm not sure how long everything needs to be sprouted/soaked.
I will make a video on this topic!!!
Man, wish I could make this in just a few hours since I'm leaving for a camping trip today! :)
that hair😍😍 omg
love it!
Looks the bomb! Thanks for sharing. x
You are welcome!! :)
holistichabits
I look forward to seeing more, would love for you to stop by and check my channel out. Take care. :)
If you don't have a dehydrator could you put it in the oven on low heat? Also could you eat this without drying?
In love with your videos ! You look deutsh !
can you do a recipe video for the ice cream at 3:41 that looks delish
Wow .....thankyou !
Love, love, love your videos! Shameless Maya mentioned you in a vid I was looking at yesterday, and after just 1 vid Of yours, I instantly subscribed! Haven't made anything yet. But just wanted to ask you, what do I do if I don't have a dehydrator please? Can I eat it as is? I'm sure it will lose all its properties if I put it in the Oven. Thanks in advance.
Missed you! And this looks so freaking delicious. Have to try it sometime. Or maybe I'll visit soon and you can make me some :).
Yes!!! :)
Will probably do my stay abroad in Canada next year, so then I'll be there for 3 whole months :D. YAY! Then we can finally meet up!
What's wrong with gluten? Why everybody's trying to avoid it?
If I don't have a dehydrator could I used the oven? And if so how long for? :) xx
Yes. Place your oven it on the lowest heat temperature for a few hours. You'll need to check it from time to time. But the final texture outcome wont be exactly the same, but it's workable.
You look amazing!
I really want to make this but I don't have a dehydrator yet.
What's the purpose of the grated apple? Is there a substitute or can I eliminate the apple?
today I finally tried this recipe... My protein bars taste amazing..m but buckwheat was a bit smelly after soaking... is that normal?
Yummy delish. recipe. Which foundation, concealer and lipstick do you use here? holistichabits
Hey! this looks super yummy, can't wait to make some home made cereal. I really like the style of your dehydrator, could you tell me what brand and kind it is???
When you make granolas, how long are they good for? I like to make things in bulk and then save them for a matter of months. Is that possible with your recipes?
PS: I've been going through every video on here over the past few days. :)
+Lily PK I also am wondering how long this would be good for!
Damn that looks so good!
I'm gettin me some buckwheat seeds tonight!
You should do a workout video!
I made them with some fresh mint. It's......interesting - worth a try if you are a bit in the experiment-mode. ;)
Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What program do you use to edit??? And what camera do you use? Everything is so perfect and beautiful
do you need to spout oats if I want to add them also?
Only soak the buckwheat for 15 minutes; it actually takes in water a lot faster than other seeds. You won't get that gooeyness in the water. :)
