To be honest, it was absolutely idiotic of Wenger to pass up the signing of Cesc Fabregas in the summer of 2014 and Kante in 2016. I know there were many other "nearlies", but these two signing would probably have put them at or near the top of the PL.

Matthew Clarke I don't think this dude knows what his talking about. i have watched every game this season, turan is so fluid and solid on the ball. he outshines gomes and rakitic at times, he is one of our best midfielders. it's just that he got injured and it was hard to give him play time because Enrique was obsessed with gomes. also, my boy denis suarez is so talented and he barely got play time, his such a beast

They really struggled to find 10 players. Haliliović were given multiple chances and he was just utter shit. Arda Turan was never supposed to be a 1st break through and he knew that. Barca bought him for depth in the squad and a good bench player which looking at his stats and play he did that very well. Obviously they wouldn't buy a 30 year old arda turan to try to take Neymar, messi, Ine, or Sergio's spot

Halilovic ruined himself. He wanted playtime yet he wasn't ready mentally and physically for these levels. He still has a lot to improve but he didn't want loans so the board sold him.
Fabregas wasn't ruined, he's just won the Premier league with Chelsea as one of the top assisters and didn't even start for them

Well, I wouldn't put Fabregas on this list because all the other players on it (and also all the players on Real Madrid ruination list) have never reached stardom again, but Fabregas is doing very well in Chelsea! If he stayed in Arsenal he would probably never won the Premiership, so in a long term view, that move to Barca did some good to him after all!
We didn't ruin Saviola. He was good here in his first stint. When he left on loan he couldn't perform.

Soon to add Coutinho....having been brought in to replace Neymar which has been sold to PSG a world record, Coutinho made a big mistake of moving to a different club close to the world cup in Russia...Upon arrival he link up well up front with Messi and Suarez but soon later he is did not get a regular start and his playing style did not go well with Barca style of playing...and after picking up a nasty injury in CL he is out for the rest of the season and his chance to play in Russia is looking slim😎😎😎

Afellay was the rising star at that point, joined Barcelona and couldn't make it, since then his career decline year after year.
