You should post at minimum 5x a week to grow, and engage with your followers. If you have a personal page, then just post whenever you like. When my accident happened it took me about 2 years to actually post a picture with my chair in it. Thinking back I don’t know why but now I could care less😂 all I really care about is my hair now💁🏼♂️

Nancy Hunter I did'nt know there was a minimum to what you put on instagramme., I actually have instagramme but dont know HOW to ACTUALLY USE , by the way , I am also disabled . I was once told by my live in carer that it's like Face Book , but I dont think so
I post on Instagram using my iPhone but I only browse it on my Mac Pro. Reason: sponsored posts Might it be able to filter them out on my iPhone as well? 2:08 I hardly ever hand my phone over to someone else. One thing I don't want to do is take pictures just to fill up my feed. If I take a picture, then there's a reason for it. 4:57 This is starting to smell like pretense or bragging, which I dislike so much! If I include something in a picture, then it's for a reason.

Posing info is so helpful. My chair has just arrived and the only photo us kind of abysmal. Lol need to get some practice.
