It is beyond incompetence, to have a problem fixed while you watched and then when it was tured over to you, broke it again. THERE'S A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PREVIOUS DUMSUR AND THE CURRENT ONE. PRIOR DUMSUR WAS A CAPACITY ISSUE, CURRENT DUMSUR IS A MISMANAGEMENT. WE HAVE THE POWER, IS JUST THAT THE GOVT IS NOT PAYING THE SUPPLYERS.
