I started watching Rocket League esports from season 7 and I have never seen such an intense set of games from this match as well as the greatest match I could have ever hoped to see (Vitality vs Dignitas). Both of these matches gave me goosebumps. My friend and I were in an Xbox Live party shouting down our headsets in excitement as our favourite teams were both in the finals (Him rooting for Vitality and me rooting for NRG even though FairyPeak! is my favourite player right now). The main reason I started supporting NRG was because of an interview Garrett had saying that he believes that his team can win. Ever since then I've hoped they would achieve this. Honestly though you couldn't ask for a better team mate than Turbopolsa as an addition with two very talented players in GarrettG and JSTN.
Felt like the whole RL community was behind NRG watching this. Even if you're from EU you can't help but love GarrettG. He deserved this more than any other player.
