Out of all the CZcams videos I've watched where some say the edt version performs better or this looses out to Sauvage when it comes to compliments and then I see a video where Bleu de Chanel wins 12 - 5 against Sauvage EDT this has to be the most easily explained professional advice about fragrances. Some videos say don't buy this get the edt and others vice versa. I know how good Sauvage is but I'm sure this will still get noticed or complimented be it through moderate projection. I agree with the majority of the comments here ! BDC Parfum is way better but it is disregarded comparing to the EDP for one reason ... "The price" . In terms versatility the parfum is also very versatile, it is more deeper and more woody. The pineapple note of the parfum and the sandalwood note are incredible and the parfum kept the freshness of the EDP. The blend of the parfum is more complex and overall is simply better. In terms of performance they are basically the same.
It's been my signature scent for the past 2 years , specifically the EDP .. my signature scent used to be Dunhill Desire and still love and wear it occasionally , but now I mainly wear Bleu de Chanel EDP !

Sold it to a friend of mine, ive never experienced the longevity that everyone is talking about. Maybe i get noseblind quickly to this, but for my experience it lasts an hour😂
Well, my BdC EDP smells great, but performs miserably. I don't know if it's due to reformulation or bad batch (February 2023) or something. No projection whatsoever after the first hour. Last night I sprayed BdC EDP to my left arm and Sauvage EDT to my right. Today the Sauvage is still going strong and the BdC is non-existent. For the price, that's a big bummer. But I reiterate, it smells great while it's there...
I was gonna pick up some BDC Edp or allure home sport. So I ordered both in as samples. Not gonna buy either one tbh. After smelling these I'm probably skipping the BDC line and gonna do AHS EE or edition blanche
I made a major purchase, for me anyway and purchased a bottle 150 ml. Cost me an arm and a leg. But it's nice, but smells a bit girly. Once it's on the skin after an hour it's quite nice
Hello! Which blue fragrance is yours favourite? Did you know any fragrance with same longevity and sillage like Alexandria Fragrances Hafez 1984, and really amazing smell . Thank you!
One CZcamsr spoke about the EDT and said don't buy the EDP because the edt performs much better. Then when he spoke about the edp version of Blue de Chanel he said he prefers the edp over the edt. Absolutely confusing. At least here professional advice is given and yes Sauvage is mentioned but not in a way that you would then be told don't buy this because Sauvage is better. Not the case. They are both amazing fragrances.
i have a bleu de chanel EDP 2021 batch, and i notice the scent fades away from my skin in like, 4 hours and after spraying it turns into a skin scent after like 15 minutes. I know my batch is not fake because i checked the batch code, and i bought it from a duty free. Does the 2021 batch of BDC EDP truly have horrible performance or am i just noseblind?
So according to @Jeremyfragrance…He says that you should not spray the cologne directly on your skin. Instead get fully dressed and spray it directly on your clothes for a total of no more than 5 sprays to get longevity out of your scent. He also states, that if you spray it more than 5 presses, your nose will block the scent as it is too much for your senses.
Just got a sample of bleu edp in. Its really not my jam. Smells safe and thats it. Dylan blue has more character. And allure homme sport? Gah. Missoni wave and VPH get 90% there if not better
@@Yellowzebera I only like one sauvage twin or clone. Namely the Playboy Make the Cover for Him. It's not as harsh as the other twins or sauvage edt. I hate that ambroxan/pepper note. whether it's the Prada Carbon, Paris bleu Writer or others. This fragrance DNA is just disgusting. Sauvage is neither citrusy nor remotely fresh. It just smells chemical.
I wouldn't say NO projection. I mean yeah if you compare it to sauvage or dylan blue it doesn't project as strong as them but to say that it doesn't project at all is taking it too far buddy ..
The perfume is fantastic - much more rich and complex. Beautiful scent. Can use it any day, any time - love it :)

I think the 3 editions of Bleu de Chanel are great but I definitely prefer the EDP over the other two ..

I just smelled both EDP and Parfum on strips and yeah I think you're right, EDP has that kind of synthetic fresh smell I don't like in the EDT.

Probably noseblind. I have the same problem but people around me say they can still smell it
