I am currently in my final year at NIT Nagpur. Actually I got placed in Wells Fargo as a SDE in campus placement.
I have got a pretty decent placement which will pay me well. Software Development industry is also good. But MBA seems really good as well.
So maam how to decide if its good to go for MBA after 1 year or not?

If you get into the top5 then yes. Ot if you are looking for a change in career path. Otherwise its not gonna make much difference but its always nice to have one extra degree
As rightly said by Shreyas, if you need a career change or a boost in growth, go for MBA. Some of my batchmates earned more before MBA than after. They pursued an MBA because they know the growth it offers.
